That is correct. In all kinds of gambling games, one should be lucky enough to win even a small amount. Whether is it a skill based games or lucky based games luck is a must factor to win money in gambling.

I think admin can easily find out if one is using either very strong proxy or just a VPN. I advise if it against to any casino terms then better don't try to cheat them and get caught and lose your deposits.
