Hi @Baryom. Wanted to report something, i don't know if someone else is facing the same problem or not.

Whenever i start automated betting, after a few bets it starts hanging too much and then it doesn't even go ahead, it just gets stuck in the middle and doesn't move at all.
Is there anyone else facing the same problem? Could you guys please look up if what is the problem?

Well actually sometimes if you are luxky enough you might get good amount from faucet though. But it is not as always because faucet money is really small. How are you going to define this rich mean? But if you can ask baryom, I ever did faucet to 0.4 but in the end busted everything. We never know when our luck runs out so before that, just make sure you stop it

My mistake i overlooked about the max capped bitsler winning.
Bitsler don't need to refund me.

Every gambling site has a maximum profit (or payout) per bet. It is impossible for gambling sites to accept bets from any amount, because they might not be able to payout that whole amount or because it is statistically not safe (risk of ruin.)

On BitSler this limit is max 5 BTC profit per bet. If you make a bet of 9999999 bitcoins on 2x, you will get the error:
So this confirms the max is indeed 5 BTC. Probably it should be clear in the FAQ too though. Although I am guessing you could just ask it in chat too and get an answer (before you made any bet.)

Either way,  I don't see why you expect a refund. Sorry for your loss though.

Ps, all your bets are independent and random. So there is absolutely no guarantee that you would win within 1k rolls (this is related to the gambler's fallacy.)

Hi there this is my first post to this forum so please if i did anything wrong please correct me.

I have been using bitsler dice gaming since September 2016. I am very happy with their gaming site fair and fast payout. I am rest assured i read all their rules and payout term and conditions before using their gaming site. In their gaming site bitsler, never have capped their maximum payout profit.  However today my auto betting roll stop with popup message saying " reach maximum allowed profit 5 BTC. I did not screen shot the message because it vanish when i click the bet id to verify. This is first time the autobet stop at 774 roll and the message popup.Due to this the losing amount shows around 4.2 BTC. My balance in the account still shows more then enought to sustain 1000 roll but that rarely happen without 1 winning. Please check my screen shot that i attach.

Recently the bitsler did a major maintenance to the gaming site maybe they have impose this condition but fail to publish it in their gaming site or in their rules and gaming term. Maybe it is just a bugs that needs bitsler attention.

What is this about? Seems that you lose only some amount that not even worth a penny though and you complain. All of their system is provably fair, so it is no way that they could scammed your money. This is no matter if you change it to 80% or 70% chance to win. Any time you could lose your money too, because there is no guarantee on gambling. This is matter of chance whether you lose all your money or win all your money. That is as simple as that

That's the risk of gambling. If you have rolled a lot, there could be worse streaks in it. The more rolls, the bigger the chance.

Would you also posted here if it was the other way around?

Now, you know that probably to win with 10% winning chance is also possible. WIN with less winning chance and cashout high. However, risk envolved either ways.

what do we can say again? he's a newbie account with 1 post, claimed got cheated and butthurt just because had bad luck (had streak loses) on high chance (we have seen a lot like this happened). i had 6 streak loses on 80% and around 4 loses on 90% chance, still better than yours

Provably fair is not wins all the time. You could have more wins before that losing streak and just like what  bitinity said you can verify ur rolls. I'm sorry for ur loss though.

Dont say that you think bitsler is cheating your rolls. High winning chance does not mean that you will not get such losing streak. I have ever lost 5times in a row with 90% and around 3times in a row with 98% on other site. You can always verify your rolls though.
