If that is the case that Indonesia is not included in the restricted countries, he should just refer to the issue he is facing with the support team or staff. I have never used a free vpn as long as I am still gambling because there are many assets so I need to be protected. A paid VPN must be ready and I use HMA VPN.

There's this rule in Indonesia that all forms of gambling are prohibited and the ISP is possibly detecting it. And from what I've read, there's a method that other Indonesians do for them to still gamble into a foreign casino.

That's the risk, but using VPN to bypass restriction, I think it's not a good idea, unless you are willing to take the risk as if you get caught, your account might be frozen since what you are doing is not for privacy, but for illegal purpose.

You are right, I have heard some cases of customer not being able to withdraw their balance from the site because it was against the rule. Some site forbid using a VPN to be able to gamble there, but I don't know about bitsler. It is not hard but it is just rare to hit due to its low possibility.
