Convenient and understandable list, perhaps I will save it to my bookmarks. It's time for gambling websites to understand that players really don't like KYC and it needs to be minimized. Particularly surprising are those sites that require a mandatory KYC. Does anyone actually use them?

I also play in 1xbit for some time now, they don't ask for KYC too and you will create your account anonymously and they don't charge you n withdrawal and the minimum withdrawal is 1mBTC and they cover a lot of games including sports, esports, casino and virtual sports.
@kurus you are being lied to by @BitcoinAccepted Don't listen to what he says about 1xbit. It's a big scam. Just type “1xbit scam” in your search engine, and you will see what I mean.

Plus it's not actually anonymous as they claim. Everything about 1xbit is a lie.

I have been searching for a sportsbook without KYC that have a fairly good reputation. And with fairly good I simply mean that they don't scam and steal you money.

I've been playing on Bitsler for almost two years now and I don't have any issues about them and they don't force you to do KYC but they will ask you kindly if you can do it for the safety of the account but even though I wasn't able to do the KYC they still pay my withdrawal. I also play in 1xbit for some time now, they don't ask for KYC too and you will create your account anonymously and they don't charge you n withdrawal and the minimum withdrawal is 1mBTC and they cover a lot of games including sports, esports, casino and virtual sports.

I know for Wbet7 and bet365crypto.net
They havent KYC verification. Deposit instant, on bet365crypto after 1k deposit limits increase. But not have more experience
I think I'm familiar with the first casino that you've mentioned. But with the 2nd one, why is it that it's just newly made? Sounds like the popular bet365 and that's why it's new.
I wouldn't deposit to a new casino that I rarely heard of before and that's really a risk for me. I'll just go with the popular bookies like stake and sportsbet.io than that.

^ It is really hard to trust a new gambling platform that was newly launched, but upon seeing their platform it seems to be good.
Sounds new to me this gambling casino, but for me, why did I choose a new gambling casino over the existing one? And that is right, the new casino is really risky but I think $20-$50 for the trial could be better.
Regarding the license, it seems they have a claim on it on their TOS but I don't know how to verify their claims. It is under Curacao license and regulated by the Antillephone N.V.

Sometimes gamblers are also stubborn, only understand about playing without thinking about their lots of money there. When they can't get their money out of the site, they report to the support service or as we can see in this forum many of them complain about it. Though it is their own fault for not reading the T&C properly of the site they are playing on.
They really need to realize that they can not do that with many casinos because, at least, they need to control themselves by limiting the money they will use to play gambling. They can complain to the support system but if the casino finds that they are doing the wrong thing and break their T&C, the casino will not do anything instead, the casino can block the account and not let them join again.

You would have a hard time finding a sportsbook that doesn't require a KYC nowadays because most of them require it for validation purposes. Verification of the identity of a person is now mandated by most sportsbooks so that they could monitor the activities of their players to know whether they are following the terms of service and to check if they are doing just the legal activities on the site. It also paved way for the assurance of the company that the information provided by their clients are all true and legitimate. You can still find some sportsbooks that don't require such. I guess there are still no KYC sportsbooks existing but are only limited in numbers now. Be sure to check if the site is trustworthy and legit before risking your hard-earned money because there are sportsbook that doesn't really require KYC, but has a lot of problems in them, so you'll just have a hard time withdrawing your funds and prizes.

I have played on Sportsbet.io and FortuneJack many times and I was never asked to perform KYC. If you are suspected of using multiple accounts or cheating, they might ask to see who you are. I can see that many users recommended one or both of those platforms and that's because they are on top of the list for a reason. The withdrawals from both are free of charge. Sportsbet has instant deposits, FortuneJack doesn't. Additionally, Sportsbet has an odds booster and lower withdrawal minimum amounts compared to FortuneJack.

All the sportsbook on the list are not asking to verify KYC? Maany of the listed sportsbook sites are good but those are not out of KYC and the topic is mainly stands for out of KYC. Though for legit users whose country allow gambling has no problem for kyc but those country does not support gambling cant verify their kyc too.

@OP

Have you found the bookie that you're looking for? As mentioned by everyone, most bookies don't require a KYC unless there's some unusual activity found in your account and your wins are questionable.

Nitrogensports would have been my go to but they're having more issues these days.
They've got a lot of issues lately and for the past years, they're not common anymore in the forum. There are still some players that do bet there and experiences nothing bad but it's still up to OP or anyone's decision to use them.

Lots of people suggesting various sportsbook that doesn't require you to pass KYC. Try visiting those, but make sure to read their terms of service. Almost all of the sportsbook casino will state that you "might" require to pass KYC in order to withdraw or continue playing. You will be safe as long as you are not violating their terms of service or anything. But if the casino finds you suspicious, they will be forced to make you go through KYC. If you fail, you might lose your funds.

Some players really do it.
Moreover related to the T&C< KYC/AML policies, many will not pay attention to these important things while registering and laying there. And once they are suspended to withdraw their assets, they are complaining and just reading the T&C. And most of them will say that it is no need to fulfil and don't want to fulfil the KYC because related to the privacy of their data. This is funny actually because they are the ones entering and playing on the platform but they don't want to follow their regulation.
And about the Spotbook without KYC/AML< actually we can find out some popular sites. But of course, sometimes, we love laying in the sportsbook where it needs KYC/AML   Cheesy

I don't think if a gambling site that ask for a KYC is a scam, it will still depend on a project and you really have to do your own analysis before you start gambling.
It doesn't always mean to be totally scam, sometimes website/service randomly scam by different reasons and those users were totally dismayed despite of having good reviews or whatnot, that's why it's always good to use and provide your kyc docs to a reputed gambling website than to different gambling that has history of scamming some of its users.

Well, that may be true as you say, however it doesnt change the fact that if a gambling site ignores official regulations that its probably a very sketchy place that will somehow find a way to screw you over out of your money....

KYC is a double edged sword. While I am not fond of sending my official documents into the hands of some anonymous third parties, with KYC at least you have some level of reassurance that things probably wont go south. And if they do, you have legal leverage as you can prove the money belongs to you in the first place.

Trust has become an issue in the gambling world for many in 2021. You can understand this by just taking a look at the customer reputation scores of most websites and sportsbooks. When you look at user feedback, there are many websites that do not have a good reputation. There is a reason for this. A large portion of those companies have been caught cheating people out of their money and it doesn't matter if you are on the losing end of a bet, or the winning one. You simply don't feel safe. This is why, regardless of KYC, I will always choose gambling websites with a good reputation.

I am a regular user of https://sportsbet.io/, So far it's good. It's very trusted and deposits and withdrawals are very fast. They are also offering a lot of games.
Without KYC am using this website, But I have read There KYC Policies, Privacy and Management of Personal Data. If your Deposit amount is so big they can be asked for a KYC document. If they asked, you need to submit those documents. If you don't agree, they can block your account. So before making any deposits first read KYC Policies, Privacy, and Management of Personal Data.
Depositing a small amount of money will be the best for a gambler, whether the site uses KYC or not, use KYC because we can prevent something worst that can happen to us and our money. Besides that, it is about how we can prevent losing big money in any gambling games because we do not know if their rule will be the same as before or will change in the future and we do not know about that. Yes, reading the KYC Policies, Privacy, and Management of Personal Data will be important and that needs our concern to know.
Sometimes gamblers are also stubborn, only understand about playing without thinking about their lots of money there. When they can't get their money out of the site, they report to the support service or as we can see in this forum many of them complain about it. I have been searching for a sportsbook without KYC that have a fairly good reputation. And with fairly good I simply mean that they don't scam and steal you money.

There are some but there are some that are reputable but due to the users behavior some of them are holding the funds of the users so if you don't do anything suspicious I don't think they will ban you or confiscate your money. Here's some of the bookies that I know. Sportsbet.io, Stake.com, Bitsler.com, Roobet.com, Fortunejack.com there are some but here's the bookies I tried before and  they don't ask me KYC when I withdraw my money.

Those you mentioned are actually known reputable bookies in this forum. Never seen a complaint or issue, if there's any, they always resolved it. Also, I do agree that the gambler himself should abide the ToS of the site to avoid possible violation. Because sometimes it is not the bookie itself, but the player has something to do with his problem.

Also, just funny observation that some 1xbit promoters here are suggesting different bookie.  Grin

Stake, Nitrogensports, Sportsbet, Fairlay.

Probably avoid Nitro until they sort out their issues but I've been playing their for a long time and never had issues.

Fairlay is a betting exchange. This may or may not be better for your circumstances given that you seem to want to interact with a central sports book and not a place where you can create your own odds.
