Nope, you're wrong.

All the casino mention "KYC", you will never find any casino without "KYC". They always mention KYC will be needed if they needed for several investigation, like multi-account, security account, prohibited country and other some issues.

For @OP, can we ask how much your transaction. If few hundred or thousand dollar, I have some experience with "Stake" around 2-3K$ can be withdraw without "KYC" and my account now platinum 1.

They usually only require KYC when they find something suspicious or shady related to the gambler in question.

Is that saying they do selective KYC for customers depending on the different behaviour that they exhibit? I was thinking KYC should go round and not time specific or based on I'll behaviour of a particular customer. It should be a general action for all and not based on certain criteria of behaviour. How can they be sure that a suspicious action is actually what it is because sometimes a customer not knowledgeable could be making mistakes in trying to sign up or login and get to be restricted with KYC.

That's mean the KYC is mandatory and could happen to the gambler whatever reason when the casino wanted. I'm aware not all gambler will be asked to provide KYC, but still there's a chance and you can't prevent from it.

Anyway you need to exclude Roobet in your list since they ask Tier-1 KYC now.
You are right about Roobet(Completely forgot) which is why I have excluded it from my recommendations, but the remaining sites do not enforce mandatory KYC which is why you are wrong about that part.

I have personally played in these sites from a long period and was never asked to submit my KYC at any point of time. Possibility != Mandatory.
Yes, Roobet recently made changes in their KYC after that many users claimed that this may end their future but so far they are doing good and I saw they crossed 2 billion bets in there.

Meanwhile some sportbooks may ask us to comply KYC at any time when there is some suspicious rising so everyone should be ready with KYC at any time even though there is no mandatory KYC.

There is a thread about the ranking of bitcoin sportsbook.
There are three A rated sportsbook:
Quote
"A" rated books
nitrogensports.eu A+ (2013)
betcoin.ag A (2013)
playbetr.com A- (2019)

Thist list is created according to successfully matching these criterias:
1. Security
2. Activity on bitcointalk
3. Poster review
4. Anonymity (how often they ask you for user informations including KYC and other details)
5. Margins - How good odds they offer
6. Payout speed
7. Markets
8. Traffic
9. Variety of currencies

From my personal experience I can say that Bitsler rarely asks for KYC details (except slots and live casino) but sportsbook isn't the niche where they shine.
And have a look at sportsbet.io (do your research about when and why they ask for KYCs), this sportsbook is really great.

~ And with fairly good I simply mean that they don't scam and steal you money.
Even if you are one of those honest and high bettors, you should always keep in mind that these sportsbooks would ask for KYC on cases already mentioned by some members. All of them suspended/withheld user's account at one point and ask for personal information (CMIIW sports bettors).

There are so many sportsbooks offered on this forum with good reputations without KYC, as mentioned above that it can be your recommendation for beginners who want to start because everyone always has different tastes in comfort where they want to bet on sports betting.

You should know about the amount of withdrawal fees and also the size of the casino so @Pmalek provided this thread and you should see which one to choose the lowest cost casino.

Is there any sportsbook without KYC have a good reputation? No
What are you talking about? There are plenty of crypto sportsbooks with great reputations that don't require any form of KYC like Sportsbet.io, Stake, Roobet, Wolf.bet etc. Crypto betting exchanges like Fairlay, Exbet etc also have great reputations and don't require KYC.

They usually only require KYC when they find something suspicious or shady related to the gambler in question.

KYC will be asked only when there is a suspicious activity of the account cant be called as mandatory. Mandatory should be something when you are required to do it in order to use the service (without any exception). If you think that KYC is asked for suspicious activity only is mandatory, then there is no sites without KYC because most casino has similar rules about KYC where they can ask it for some specific reasons.

I play with Stake and Bitsler both are good and reputable gambling site and they have both a license but they don't ask KYC but I think if you do something illegal or suspicious maybe they will ask KYC but I haven't read anything before that both sites asked KYC to user or hold user's fund.

I'd also recommend stake since they have low minimum withdraw and no minimums on deposit. Their odds are somewhat juiced but their promotions and vip program are some of the best ones out there.

If you want a sportsbook that credits your deposit instantly then there's sportsbet, their promotion is decent as they focus on offering value markets/odds like their daily soccer blackjack and boosted specials.

You can't go wrong with these sportsbooks but if you prefer betting on popular sports then stake is the way to go due to their insurance and guaranteed payouts promos.

Most of sports bookie doesn’t require KYC until you have something wrong like suspected for money laundering or alt account etc. Sportsbet, stake, playbetr are quite popular this days. One more- betja.io which is operating their services for few months now but they have a great odd for you all the time claiming that they are the highest odd provider in the industry.

I have been searching for a sportsbook without KYC that have a fairly good reputation. And with fairly good I simply mean that they don't scam and steal you money.

To give you a start, I recommend trying Stake.com. I'm using them even before, even prior to that I joined their signature campaign. They are one of the most popular sportsbooks here with a good reputation and user-based. They also support lots of coins just in case you are concern about fees. You can also directly buy cryptos there with your fiat thru a third-party payment processor, Moonpay. It was all on the deposit page.

I think you will end up choosing a site with great promotions. That's now your task.

You should be wary about any site that runs without KYC because it is a two way street - the fact they are asking about it means that they are serious about following financial regulations as any good company should be. Those that do not ask for it face being prosecuted or may simply disappear much quicker than you might expect, not good if you happen to have bitcoin stored with them. Sadly cryptocurrency betting sites tend to be much more anonymous than regular sites, so it can be rather more dangerous sharing such sensitive and private documentation with them - you never know if it'll get hacked or abused later on. Better off sticking with the largest sites and actually supplying documents, although it may not be what you want to hear.

Aside from the recommendations above, the OP can also check this thread regarding the ratings of sportsbooks by Peeps Place.

#1 RATINGS of BITCOIN SPORTSBOOKS : poster book discussion - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/1-ratings-of-bitcoin-sportsbooks-since-2014-kyc-rankings-bonuses-scam-accus-717790

The rating may not be very accurate to their current performance in the market but at least get an idea how they are doing among other bookies.
Also, other than KYC thing, the OP may want to check other considerations like withdrawal fees as what Haunebu mentioned above.
Other than that, better check out also their reputation or trust summary of their respective rep/admin in this forum.

Plenty of great recommendations in this thread, but I suggest Sportsbet.io which is better in several ways when compared to other sportsbooks like NitrogenSports, Stake, Roobet, Wolf.bet etc.

Sportsbet doesn't ask for KYC(Unless they find something shady) and they charge zero withdrawal fees. Very few crypto sportsbooks charge zero withdrawal fees. Their odds are decent too.

I have been searching for a sportsbook without KYC that have a fairly good reputation. And with fairly good I simply mean that they don't scam and steal you money.

There are lots of reputable crypto-sportsbook that don't ask for KYC. One example is Stake.com (check my signature).

Since it will be a long list to mentioned other sportsbook, try to check some responses here:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcoin-sportsbook-with-instant-withdraw-and-no-kyc-5195221
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/recommand-some-trusted-bet-site-without-kyc-but-secured-5107005

Since there might be some outdated information there, check reviews at those sites you will encounter at their respective official ANN thread or if available here: https://www.btcgosu.com/ - one of the most reputable review sites in terms of giving reviews at most crypto gambling sites.

first, i think this should be in the gambling discussion board. so the OP can move this topic to the right board.

aside from the mentioned threads, the OP can check the gambling board itself to learn about these sportsbooks. because reading the respective threads of these bookies will give him idea how each bookie is managing their sportsbook. also, he can see if there is/are existing complaints or issues. he can also check how KYC is implemented, if there's any. because some bookies will not ask for KYC, even if it is stated on their KYC/AML Policy, that is, if you haven't reached their min allowable amount without submitting KYC (i.e. total amt of deposit is below 2k USD or 2k EUR - some casinos don't require KYC).
