Well for me I am involved in body building and to help you with your question.... I scan through my schedule and see when i will get back from work or I take my trainers with me so I can branch to the gym after work. I also believe in flexibility. So I have fun and gym when I have the opportunity also.

Job, wife, kids, crypto... In my case there's no time for recreational sport. I barely find some free time to spent it on computer, to nobody disturbs me. Maybe when kids get older I will have some more time, but until that point I don't even think about recreational sports.
Now when I'm alone, which happens rarely, I don't know should I do some things related to crypto, play some pc game, gamble or to sleep. Usually crypto and gambling wins.

now depends on your intention, if others can why you can't?
we have the same time in a day which is 24 hours ??
there is plenty of free time after working 8 hours and we only need 15 minutes to exercise so that the body becomes healthy.


I agree but we have different lifestyles.. different jobs etc. there is plenty time of course but there is no enegry at the end of the day..

Well working everyday for almost 8 hours is really a tiring day for me but i still find a time to do work out atleast 1 hour a day because i really believe that doing sports and other work outs is good for our health and for our body And off course when we do workout it can increase our energy level.

I usually get up about 430am...roll into work at 6..leave about 1500 so i can pick up the kiddos from school. Running around after two 7 year old boys and a 4 year old daughter IS my workout and exercise lol.

If you are very busy, doing a 15-min exercise every day is good enough for your body and mind.

I am too tired after job to do sports but I am a football fan and watching a game is the best way for me to relax a little bit after a hard day. Also, I like browsing through stats on look at this web-site which also is quite an interesting thing.
But watching sports will not give you good health and that’s the point about why this thread created,we don’t need to do sports literally but a short workout will do,like walking 5 minutes even at home.or stretching before sleeping with this out muscles will have activity and our body will have exercise

I see a lot of people struggling to have such a balance of work, excercising and socializing.
Personally, I have some time to do a workout but I have to reduce my sleeping hours. If I do that I will be exhausted the next day and it will ruin the whole day.

In my opinion it is all about making a plan/schedule and sticking to it. Once you get used to it you shouldn't have any problems. Although it may be hard the first week or two.

Of course, sport is very important in your life, for a start I would recommend:

1. Go to bed no later than 11 PM.Wake up 6-7 hours of the morning.
2. Do morning exercises lasting 10-15 minutes
3. Stop drinking coffee in the morning
4. Also, if your work is mostly sedentary, then you should set an alarm for every hour:
a) drink a glass of water
b) do a small charge for 2-3 minutes

Over time, you can already jog and go to the gym

I wake up at 6 am and work till 7 -15.30 usually, i come home at 16.30 and i've tired already than i usually spend my evenings socializing. Yeah i thought of joging in the morning but I like to sleep and even without jogging in the morning I have trouble waking up haha.
Yeah you can't jog anymore after work. I know that feeling.

Then if you have trouble waking up in the morning, you need to sacrifice that and set a goal that you have to jog before going to work. It's just a matter of mind setting and goal setting.

Yeah it is about sacrificing i guess because I like to socialize a little bit late in the evening so that means if i want to wake up early and go jogging or doing sports I have to end socialising early in the evening... Thank you for you help!

Or wake up half an hour earlier and do something like warm up exercises first, there are plenty of those on youtube, you will find one that you love. Then you could add something like a stationary bike, after you made a habit of the daily warm up routine.

You could, when reaching work also use the stairs up if the place is not at ground level Smiley

Work does make regular exercise a bit challenging. Been long I exercise regularly to be honest. And I doubt it's due to lack of motivation because I always have the urge to exercise regularly, but I am tied down by work. 

My little advice is to create an alarm for your exercise schedules. I usually do mine in the evening from 8pm or very early mornings when there is low vehicular movements. I would suggest you exercise while listening to your favorite songs, audiobook, podcast or radio station... It is fun way to exercise. And you know they say time flies when you're having fun
