Are you doing anything for the world cup? I have seen some previews over at SBR Forum for the 2014 World Cup but not a lot of cappers are putting out their predictions aside from saying that Brazil is the most favored team to win the cup. My prediction is well. Cooper knows best.... but I would like to challenge you to a Bitcoin bet off for this years Fifa games.

ok people some fun news that i just got hit with . . . .

the site where i keep my spread sheet (sbrforum) has banned my account over the past few hours for "holding multiple accounts from the same household"

So i can no longer log in to edit the spreed sheet.  Luckily i was able to view the spreadsheet and have captured screen shots of it.  I will be creating a google document spread sheet and ill transfer all the information over to it and make it public and paste the link in this thread.  So i will not be able to update the spread sheet here on out. 

Odd thing is i never used the multiple accounts for any sort of collusion whatsoever and never tried to hide the fact i had two accounts.  Nevertheless rules are rules i guess and i broke them.

Ill update this thread later tonight with the spread sheet link.

So i still need to watch the line for at least one game since its right on the edge of being a no play.  Need to make sure the line does not move.  I will be back to post that game probably around 6:50 est (10min before the start of the game).

I have a couple more later this evening and ill be back in about 13 min to post another 7pm est game as long as the line doesnt move.

It looks like i may have quite a few plays this evening.  Currently there are four plays that i plan on making.  There are another three that are very close to becoming plays if lines move certain ways.

I am going to continue watching the line movement for now and will post my picks when i make them myself closer to game time this evening.

Also one more thing i would like to warn about if you have light feet and may jump ship after one losing day.  I am on a 6 game streak right now and all streaks have to come to an end so i am bound to play a loser sooner than later.\

So i went back and found my google doc that tracked the MLB system i used.  Like i said i started it very late in the season and so there are not that many picks.

There were 36 total plays.

I went 20-13-3 for 60%.  However i do not know the units won number.  In the MLB i only bet UNDERS and the juice will run anywhere from +100 (rarely for the plays i make) to -150.

I would imagine most the plays i made were around the -120 range.  Ill see if i can look up the plays in my sports book last year and get a unit number in a few days when i find some time.

Glad to hear it.  Like i mentioned in the first post, college basketball is my strongest sport.  I have a system i use for the MLB that i started tracking very late last season.  I believe it was hitting around 57% - 60%, somewhere in there but like i said i did not have a lot plays with it since i started so late in the season.  Also there is no way (that i know of) to back track that system so when it starts this year ill only betting 1/4th a unit for awhile to get a better idea of how it runs.

College football i have always been pretty decent in.  However, this past year was brutal which got me tilting (have to use a poker lingo to describe the feeling) and took a dive from there.  Took a little while to get my confidence back towards the last few bowl games.  That being said im already preparing for next season.  I am backtracking a new system.  Towards the end of bowl season i noticed a major flaw on how i capped college football games, something that i incorporate into college basketball.  I am implementing that into my college football capping and back tracking the numbers from this past season and the season before so i will be ready come next season. 

I tend to always do pretty well in the NFL but there are very few games compared to NCAAB and NCAAF.

And that brings me to the NBA.  I cant figure the NBA out.  I use the same numbers for NFL capping as i do with NCAAF.  However, the major flaw in my capping of college football does not come into play in the NFL, which would explain why i would always have success in the NFL while sometimes going on bad streaks in NCAAF.  I originally tried using the same numbers i use in college basketball to cap NBA but it just does not work.  Either that or it has swings that are bigger than i am willing to take (i hate swings).  Every once in awhile i will go back to the drawing board and try to find something for the NBA but i have not found it yet.  There are some factors present in the NBA which lead me to believe why this but i have yet to have the time back track using those factors (it is going to be very time consuming and very tedious.

 

As always there are streaks in everything so make sure betting with proper bankroll management.  Personally i like to bet no more than 2% of my bankroll on any given game and i highly suggest following that if not less (1%).

There is nothing i hate more than having a losing day when i know people are tailing.  Good luck if you end up tailing and please dont put down anything you cant afford to lose.  Hopefully ill make you some extra BTC for the remainder of the NCAAB season (sunday is basically the last game of the season).
