As a poker player I would say the correct distributions would be that the two guys in 1st place shared the 1st and 2nd prize money= 40 mbtc each, and the guy in 2nd place receive the 3rd price money=20 mbtc.

That said, the whole point of this promo (from the bookmakers POV) is to create enthusiasm and action from the players in this thread, so by adding more winners, and instead eating some short-term losses in form of freebets/cash, they reach their goal more effectively.
Sportsbet being generous as always by adding even more cash and freebies to a promo that bring them cents on the dollar short-term.

Would like to see this promo running weekly throughout 2021 Tongue

With my understanding, tomahawk9 and Avirunes should have gotten more, no ? The juice and freebets aside and having this 50/30/20 in mind, these two should have gotten 40mBTC each, since they share 1st and 2nd place (50+30mBTC). And then we have a 4-user-tie in 3rd place, where the 20mBTC would get shared.
It was the same last week, when we had 3 users at the top and they shared the 100mBTC amongst them; 33.34mBTC each.

It's the same in sports with the dead heat. If two athletes finish in first place, there is no second place then, but the next place is third. With the above calculation, it would theroretically be possible, that a user with fewer correct picks gets more mBTC, like:

9 correct picks: 5 users -> 10mBTC each
8 correct picks: 1 user -> 30mBTC

I think everything is even now with a few bonuses for 3rd places? as for next week..

Ill need to check with the boss, but for the 3rd week (next MM) , and last big run before xmas, maybe we can pay out 50/30/20 for all who finish 1,2,3.. but ill get back to you soon.

Sounds like nice and simple solution. I like that idea. If somebody does not feel comfortable sharing his/hers address with Sportsbet they should just skip from that part of competition.

I had PSG both to score and they could not score even one goal. What happened with Neymar I read something about him crying loudly while being taken of the pitch. Hope it is nothing serious.
