It looks like they're not doing a similar promo for June...
I gotta say, that's very disappointing. That promo was the only thing convincing me to bet most of the time, since the juice is extremely high compared to other outlets for me. I will probably bet here sparingly if they don't bring that promo back. Hopefully they bring it back.
A little odd they decided to cancel it IMO. I get its a big expenditure for them, but they're charging live lines at -140 in some cases where other books are -110... surely they make enough from doing that to cover the cost of that expenditure.

Making their odds competitive seems like the most likely option here. They sent out an email a few hours ago claiming to have the best odds for the Golden State vs Cleveland match tonight, and to my surprise, they have no juice or very little juice on the more popular markets. I wouldn't be surprised if they lowered the juice for all lines, or offered more events will no juice.
Decided to make a large (to me anyway) bet with the good odds.

My guess is they realized bitcoin was soaring and didn't want to have the prizes be that high. They could have lowered the prizes or paid less places though. Cutting the contest entirely is a very bad decision, IMO. Hopefully they'll reconsider.
Most probably the monthly leaderboard promo is not worth to be continued. Perhaps it costs too much but not it does not attract many people anymore.
Hopefully they will change it to other promos which is more interesting to attract many players especially new users.

When will May winnings be credited?
I think it is clearly stated on the terms and condition already "All monetary rewards will be paid on the first weekday after the promotion has ended unless informed otherwise and will be credited to the user's Sportsbet.io Player Account."
So you need to wait within a week to receive your reward, hopefully all will be rewarded earlier.

I think it is after they distribute the May prizes unless they have no same promo on June as most main soccer league has just ended.

Absolutely that is not good for those who are care about the competition, because it is a part of strategy to compete with other players. If the leaderboard is not updated then yeah you will not be able to know what to do in order to maximize your chance to take the position.

It drives me absolutely insane that 1 day before the May Leaderboard promotion closes, they stop updating the standings in real time.
I was tracking another player to make sure I kept out betting him, but today they stop tracking people's standings in real time, so now i have no idea where anyone else is positioned.

Any promos on Champions League Final match and Europa League Final match? I have not seen any sportsbooks offers a good promo for those two great matches unless I missed it. So it would be great if you have promo on it, I think so many people are waiting for the final especially the match betwee Real Madrid vs. Juventus.

A 20-year-old Raleigh man accused two weeks ago of spending $11,000 on other people's credit card accounts now faces charges of shopping at stores in Cary and Garner with bogus credit cards to the tune of $85,000.
Benjamin Cassidy Hames of 5125 Wickham Road, was arrested on warrants from Garner and Cary police alleging identity theft and financial card fraud and another in which Raleigh police accused him of cashing two checks drawn on a closed Bank of America account.
The largest amount that Hames was accused of putting on cards encoded with other peoples’ account information was $53,049.99 that Cary detectives said he spent on tools, hardware and gardening items in March at a Lowe’s Home Improvement store.
Four of the charges filed by Cary police involved charges made to a business called 919Dine.com, which delivers food people order off restaurant menus linked to its site. Detectives accused Hames of running up more than $2,500 with that business during March.
