which means they are launching the event far from well prepared ,
what a shame instead make the terms fair for everyone , it is just hurting people ,
for me it is enough to judge what kind sportsbook they are when i take a look into sportsbet.io trust rating ,

Whenever a new condition is added in the terms, it is added for the Future experience not to alter the past.
The point you mentioned about terms was added a long after my bets were settled.

If you change your terms like this to treat the past then I am sure one day you will say "We just added a new term which says winning is not allowed on our sportsbook,
 So ALL your previous bets are invalid and we decided to close your account for violating our terms "

Who the hell in the world changes terms like this, huh ?
If something is missing in the terms then it is your mistake not mine and it is you who have to bear the fault not us
I was not aware and was never told betting in such pattern is not allowed.

I also got an email once from a support agent asking if anything is wrong with my account when they saw me betting in this manner, I clearly replied that placing multiple bets in a single match is allowed so what's wrong with that

I even contacted your support agents to ask if this is allowed, and they also said YES. I also have the chat transcript of those chats which i can show

The issue in this case was that the player was not happy about our change in the terms regarding the leaderboards:

5. The number of single bets per event is limited to maximum 3 per user.

This change was made because some players were abusing the terms by making hundreds of bets on the same event to get a lot of leaderboard points, which would not make it fair for the other players.

Therefore we have changed the terms to keep it fair for everyone to participate so that everyone has the same chance to get to the top on the leaderboard and win prizes

It would be another interesting discussion because as I know you are a loyal player on this site since its launch. If they treat a loyal player not as they should then it is a big warning for new players. Waiting for your updates about your recent issue here.

Sportsbet.io is really good  . I'm gambling with BTC in this website, it's very easy to use and there are a lot of sports to bet with. But i'm not lucky so I lost about 0.1 in here LOL 

Don't just think they are back on track again. They are messing up with their terms and doing as they like

OP poster has been notified of repeated serious ID verification failure and following double spending fraudulent behavior, we have decided to close his account and offered to return his deposit of 15 BTC.

Sportsbet.io indeed allows instant betting at 0 confirmation deposits on blockchain for player experience (except for known double spending patterns) and instant withdrawals after 3 confirmations of initial deposit.  As any other BTC gambling operator offering the same, can attest to, there is a significant amount of abuse attempts around and we are simply preventing fraud here.

In a perfect world, we don't like having to KYC our players, except when absolutely necessary, and especially when certain players groups make multiple accounts and attempt to fraud us, through double spending.

We believe the experience for the player is best when they can play instantly with 0 confirmations, however, we then need to mitigate fraud, which includes knowing our customer and ensuring there are no multi accounters.

Sad news for sportsbet. I am also betting in this site and I like it actually better than directbet as it is faster and I never had problems too. Same with most people here I don't bet 10 bitcoins. These should be addressed well or they end up losing their reputation.

That is the entire point of avoiding these casinos ! They won't care for a few satoshi's,they only want to scam massive amounts and disappear one day when they have scammed the most out of the community.
I'd request everybody to stop playing here,avoid this casino,use directbet,nitrogensports as they're way better in service and certainly don't steal bitcoins.

Same here dude. This accusation will surely give them a negative review according to the complainant he submitted a verifcation ID and still hold the funds. Just withdraw all my funds when I read this

Been betting on sportsbet since a long time. Almost an year now. Hopefully they sort this out quickly and make everything good soon. I have personally never been asked for verification, but I have never had more than 10 btc on the site.

I am a customer on sportsbet, but reading this it seems you are blaming the user for everything possible that can lead to his account being banned. I followed from his accusation thread he had a failed ID verification, but nothing about double spending/abused ip addresses. I would assume those are the casinos responsiblity to not let happen.

I also stopped betting on sportsbet.io anymore and moved all my funds to other sportsbook until they solve their problem at scam accusation. Thank god, i'm not deposit big on sportsbet.io. Please sportsbet.io solve the accusation as fast as possible, before it's too late.
