It is probably because of your inactivity, have you placed a bet of over 10$ in the last week? That is the minimum required wagered amount for you to be able to play those promos. Works for me without problems. Just guessing here anyway. Try asking the live support, they should be able to help you with that.

Most of the times I make some ticket with multiple matches I miss just one match, so I am trying to reduce number of matches or play on singles.

I am expecting Bayern to win with nice margin but I am also expecting Salzburg to score a goal or two. Bayern is not City when defending and young agile squad like Salzburg will have their chances to score. Did removing google required for Metamask to be added? I mean couldn't both be there? In any case it is their website and we have to respect it and there is nothing that I could do to change this. At the end of the day we are not going to end up with anything special to be fair, it is going to just be metamask and it is already in a lot of casinos and so forth, getting that added here shouldn't really be a big deal to celebrate, it was not too late, some websites still haven't added that option, but I have gambled via my metamask account added to a casino almost 1.5 years ago, hence it is not a new tech that we should celebrate that got added neither.
