I have been quite critical towards sportsbet live support in the past but I must confess they are getting a lot better. Last 2 times I had small requests they responded fast and settled my issues (missing markets, ticket grading) very quickly, inside couple of minutes. Hopefully this is a new norm and not just getting lucky from my part
I have had the opposite experience myself
Very unhelpful and no attempts to understand my query or solve it. One even banned me for 24 hours( i did not spam or insult or anything like that, steve later removed it)
At this point i dont bother them with anything other then bet settlement, thats all they have been good for me,sadly.

I remember you posting about having issues when contacting their live support mid last year and problems with some things you have encountered on the site.
I am sorry you have run into these issues and they were not able to satisfy your expectations. As I remember you saying they banned you from the live support chat as well but not from using the site. So I don't know what happened there as from what I remember there weren't any screenshots of the conversations you have had with that particular support technician so can not comment on this either.
But with any issues I have had in the past I just brought it to the attention of the Sportsbet.io representative here on the forum known to everyone as Steve (I know we are regulars on here know of him and his title) and then the next day would have had any issues I encountered resolved.
So with any website you just need to give them time and have patience to resolve any issues you have had in the past and any you might have in the future.
I know we are not here to stir up any trouble and make sportsbet.io's forum contact anymore hell than needed to be necessary.

Ofcourse steve is always here to help, my feedback was on the live chat, i dont really want to trouble steve for every little thing that live support is not able to help with (its not his job and i am sure he is very busy with his own responsibilities)
As far as the ban, it was for 24 hours which was removed before time by steve when i brought that to his attention.
The issues are not big enough to warrant me posting screenshots/conversations publicly, just small little things that i wanted to be cleared (regarding promos/site functionality)
They are also not big enough for me to stop using the site
But the previous poster was talking about his experience so i posted mine
