It would be better if you quit those nonsensical spam messages to advertise Watford. There are many victims of your site, get paid and respond to messages from these people.
In this way, you make your own folks ridiculous and unbelievable with such posts to hide your malpractice.
Since this year, the Gambling Control board also has in its duties to monitor gambling sites more closely, including the EML procedure.
Sportsbet.io is under a magnifying glass. Those are the consequences of not paying out and defrauding people.

Hi Guys,

Not an ideal evening last night with the 2 worst results for Watford coming to fruition.

Its going to be a week of uncertainty as we wait for other results to fall our way.

This is the exact working method of this scam company. As long as you keep losing money and paying out every now and then, no problem.
But if you win money, all kinds of tricks are played out so that they do not pay you out. They usually work with these excuses.
I hope they will finally pay their victims, but I am afraid they will not.

- Double spend nonsense
- Opening multiple accounts
- Logged in from another IP address

Unless of course you lose a lot of money, it doesn't matter if you have multiple accounts. This scam must be stopped.
 In the meantime, work is also being done behind the scenes on the EML procedure of the committee for this company.

So to stop the nonessense technical support, delegation of account responsiveness to those who's job it isn't even is (steve is promotion manager and not account complaints, seriously now! ) and just things which is making this thread off putting. It is starting to look like just spam at this point.
After seeing this last case steve replied too (which he didnt even need to since he is not obligated to engage any customer on here) and discussion of customer information regarding emails/contact with other sportsbet.io representative due to a case involving money~bitcoin. That to me should be in private and not put out on a public forum, hence in a thread dedicated to ANNOUNCEMENTS about the site and services they provide.
I hope steve and you jeremypwr understand what I am talking about.

So you are saying if Sportsbet.io would refuse to pay you your winning of around 0.27btc without providing clear explanation and proof, you would just consider it as "best response" and be happy with it?

Then report him to whoever pays him; if you're so against his posts.

It is quite weird that someone who put in 102mbtc and will take out 102 mbtc is not happy about it. Leaving all the complain side aside normally a gambler gets in and loses money for gambling reasons and then leaves with nothing, this is actually a good thing that is going on for the gambler.

If a gambler who is actually love doing it and like gambling and not have any intention of stealing anything or doing anything shady, they should be happy because in the end if you were a true gambler you would end up with losing the longer you play. But, considering whats going on and the proof and what sportsbet is saying, this is actually the best response you could get, they are giving you your money back, they are not holding it and not paying you, they are actually trying to be helpful.

@Trofo @cryptofrka yeah I don't know, I suppose the precedent set by Watford owners shouldn't have surprised us, plus Pearson actually only had a contract running up to the end of season (and masterminding 7 of the only 8 wins they've had) so I really don't see how this move benefits anybody, it's not like you can do anything with a new guy with 2 games left.

I remember very well when Pearson took over and I remember very well the win that got them back on track, as I was in Qatar waiting for Liverpool when Watford beat United 3-0 (also another De Gea mistake included). That win kicked off a whole lot of wins and points and if they survive, they will make history by being the only team bottom at Christmas to not get relegated. History does not back them but if there were odds on them making it, I'd bet on it.

This matter has been discussed on an ongoing basis between the player and our relevant Sportsbook department.

Based on the initial information we had at hand, we decided to lock the account temporarily and contact the player to ask for more information on some matters.

We have asked several questions of the player, on many different email chains. We are not confident in the credibility of the answers vs the information we have at hand.

The decision was made to keep the account closed and refund the customer the difference between the deposits and withdrawals (102mbtc)

On no less than 4 occasions we have requested the customer to provide their nominated bitcoin wallet address so we can send back the money.
these emails date back a couple of weeks, so this is not a new request.

Regardless of the player is happy with the decision of closing their account or not, this is a decision that under the circumstances will not be reversed and the player will have the same amount of money they started with.

Occasion number 5:Neymarjr12: Can you please email back your desired bitcoin wallet address so we can return you the 102 mbtc. This will be done as soon as you send the details.

I opened a separate topic in Scam accusation thread (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-sportsbetio-withholding-funds-5263445), wrote a bunch of e-mail, wrote PMs to you.

Not maybe but most likely. I have been online gambling for many years and you can always tell after a while, which people are trying to scam and which people are not,,, from the way they conduct themselves online.

I hope you manage to resolve your case if you are a genuine user with a genuine problem but my other recommendation to everyone who uses crypto gambling is. Have a real account here on bitcointalk. So that this helps your reputation as proof you are an actual user and gambler.
