I recently contacted their support about an issue with a bet and now my account is emptied. This seems like an inside job to me. Because, the user id I had at your site is unique and I never used same login on another website online. I know it seems ridiculous and the amount is not a lot but still not bad for a support representative, they aren't paid a lot.
As you told that all of your bets have settled, maybe you have lost those bets and therefore you have zero balance left. To support you evidence, can you show the screenshots of the settled bets and your balance.
Which sort of issue you had on a bet ? You should provide complete information first.
But, I can't understand one thing. There was no email confirmation for withdrawal. And not even a email notification that a withdrawal was processed. I don't understand, they send us all kinds of crap promotional e-mails but no emails related to our account.
