And talk not only about me, there was at least two users (on bittalk) which told me in PM the same (that they didn't find any way to play on full mode)


I tried Chrome on different computers (Pc on notebook) and error occurred on both

1. There is a chance to maximize screen for sure.

2. I always get dealt my cards and see them, when i fold, I can then see then if i hold my mouse over my profile pick. That was I can see by folding a 7-2 I should have kept it as 2 7s  are then dealt out 

3. Thing about the voice? yeah I guess its strange.

Ive always used Chrome and had no problems to be honest. Ive passed on some of the comments mentioned above, lets see what happens.

Guys, i'm just talking that everything can be made more user friendly. Like on SWC, where you don't need to open "multi tables" to play in full screen, but just click BIG OBVIOUS BUTTON.

I also understand that main profit on Sportsbet it's not a poker but betting. But while they promoting their poker rooms, i think it would be very pleasurable to get some feedbacks.

Also this weird error which faces many users (me too, i was unable to play through Chrome)

You can play in full-screen mode just like SwC. All you need to do is activate 'Multi-Window Table Mode'. You will find this option at bottom left on Poker page. After this, game will open in new window (like SwC) and you can maximize the size of window to full screen.


Cards remain visible as far as you are still in game. They only hide when you fold. Even in that case, you can view by clicking your name.


I found 'check', 'fold', 'call' sound in deep voice weird too.  Also, it doesn't seem relevant why user should listen those voice for his own action. I mean I know I folded, why should sound tell me so. It would be better if those voices are set for other players action not mine.

However, sounds are never the issue if you can simply turn them off from settings. Main issue that I noticed is that player can't see tournament standings while he's playing. Only his present rank is shown on top right which also only show rank out of active players and don't tell how many players actually participated in the tournament.

I am happy not seeing my cards after I fold. I don't want to repent seeing possible Flush or Straight that I miss after the table cards are dealt. 

I never noticed the full-screen mode, though I did tap on my window to max, I guess I always multi-task so never want full-screen anyway. Is that really a big problem?
2. I don't need to tap on my cards to see them, though, that's a weird one for you. Unless you're talking about after you fold, in which case I agree, maybe it should simply show the hand you were dealt in a shaded/greyed out, or near the top line numbers.
3. I'm always on mute on any game. Didn't realise it was weird:)

Sportsbet io, you should do something with your poker room.

I mean compared for example to SWCpoker, your poker rooms is far from the best.  Three main points:

1. There no possibility to play in full screen mode. Maybe this is the biggest problem. I can't hide side bar in any way (not not only I)

2. Weird mechanic: to see your cards you need to tap on them. On Swcm for example, you see them anytime while you're in game and don't fold.

3. Weird sounds. It's the least problem. Just weird voice. You need at least to add possibility in settings to change voice on sounds.

I unfortunately lost the notes I had taken down during the poker tournament but here are a few of the suggestions I can remember off the top of my head.

Betting is a bit of a mess if you want to do anything custom. A few times when I was trying to type out a custom bet it caused an error and then the bet button was blank regarding an amount. "Bet size not defined" is what it said I believe, in the end you can still bet but it's a min bet/raise. This is a big issue imo, as most people do not choose to use the standard bet size buttons. So even when it works properly it's cumbersome. You should not have to click on the slider and then also click on the box to type out your desired bet... this takes up to much time and causes problems, mostly because it is a pop up. I think the input for a custom bet should just be there underneath the standard buttons for ease of use. I personally don't like or use sliders and rely heavily on typing out my betsize.

I would also like to see an option to customize the betsizes available on the standard buttons. I can't remember what they were but it would be nice to be able to put in something like 1/3, 70%, or even custom preflop raise sizes. Another feature that I like on some other sites is being able to toggle between a BB and Chip amount display on the table.

Apart from that I couldn't find away to view the tournament overall standings without leaving the table. It would be nice if this could be brought up as a pop-up in another window to check standings. The Mini-stats that display in game actually locked up for me during the tournament. Right up until the end it was stuck at "X out of 45" so I was kind of lost for a bit.

Hopefully you find these criticisms helpful. I have enjoyed the games I've been a part of on sportsbet.io and appreciate what they have invested in making these available to the community.

Does anyone know which game is the eNBA games are played in? I mean I own 2k20 but it really doesn't look like 2k20 at all, it looks something a lot more simplistic but at the same time very very close to 2k as well. Maybe they dropped the video quality or basically graphics quality on 2k20 on a PC and this is the result?

Because, all the animations and moves are basically 2K moves but the graphics are like so 2010 levels, not really all that great (okay maybe more like 2016 and not 2010 but you get it), nowadays computer games are a lot better and there are tons of realistic looking players in the game, literally looks like you are watching a real game. I want to gamble on these but I am afraid that I don't know the game, if it is actually 2K then I will definitely play on some of these.

Good to know you still had a good attendance for your "who ever wants to join in!" poker tournament even though on the thread there were alot of confusion about the password. But good to know it will be solved for the next one with an email notification instead.

As for the eGames., will there ever be a multimaster for these?
I know it would be hard to do sice the games start with in 10-15 minutes of when the other ones end but I do think they could be rescheduled to meet the requirements to get a good amount of 15 put together over a weekend.
I was under the impression sportsbet run these bot vs bot simulations for their own site so no other site can offer them on theirs anyways.
