In Italy they are discussing to possible close all football events which is a drastic measure now that the government of Italy declared the whole country as a red zone.In England I think they want to limit damages so cancelling a game where probably the stadium will be very crowded is a good idea to begin with.
It's a good move as Italy is now the second most affected country after China by surpassing South Korea. Italy has failed to take adequate measures in advance.

And in fact just now the ex council of Piacenza a city in Italy is dead a few hours ago being the first politician in the world and Italy to die of Corona virus.I live in Albania now and the government here has closed schools, public workers and closed almost all bars ,restaurants and gyms.The soccer games will continue to play but without fans.
Now even in England,I think we are facing another big pandemy,God saves us all.
It's very sad now even politicians are getting affected because if this then the normal public are more prone to this in my country India just started to spread and the current counts stand at 62 not so alarming as in other countries this has become a fight between humanity and pandemic.
A game without fans is the worst experience the players will get hope this situation will be back to normal as it is affecting literally everything.
If the minister is diagnosed with it, this could be the worse case scenario. Health minister or those with high position in politics should have alot more access to hygiene then most common people. Imagine how will the nation react upon hearing this kind of news
