That's sounds fair way to bet using the cash out as per your claim .... that the way you placing bets there is by taking an advantage on the cash out feature right? I highly doubt that a betting house like Sportsbet would steal your 130 EURO mate as they have no reason at all and also that would hurt their reputation and you can also make an appeal into the court so do you think they would risk something like this for that amount ? They have a good reputation here so please calculate again your mistakes and then simply admit it you're using multi-accounts in order to get that bonus. Also using VPN is not a good idea when you're visiting betting sites as they have special trackers towards VPN's which is better for their security system.

I've been flagged with multi accounting once and it only happened because I used a vpn to check the live lines. My case was from a different gambling site though luckily they didnt have KYC and I think this is likely to be the reason why your account got flagged.

If the ban only came after you withdraw then the address could be related to another account. Certain accounts aren't allowed in some promotions because they have specific rules and they have the rights which accounts gets excluded from promotions. Have you used a public connection before when you browsed the site?

Why that does not make sense to you. If they have suspicion of having multi account then they will not allow you to participate in the bonus program and it is common sense but they will allow you to wage a bet but they will not allow you to take advantage of the system.

as I said earlier, I don’t know of other accounts! I have only one! I made a lot of money on it (a lot for me) and am betting. Why should I make a lot of money for multi-account?
all the more so in the support chat I asked if it is possible to bet and support allowed me! said that there would be no restrictions for you!
and I didn’t take any bonuses! just continued to bet.
if there are other accounts (which I don’t know about) let them merge them into one or delete them!

You haven't read the rules when they clearly say that multiple betting accounts are forbidden ? You tried to get that bonus with more than 1 times with a lot of accounts so I think they will be able to prove it with no problems. You will get your money from the deposit back and you will be able to withdraw them I'm sure but just make sure from now on you will be use only 1 account. Sportsbet has a lot of security features in order to make sure no one is cheating.

Dude... you are saying yourself - you ve sent in your documents and their "investigation" ended by confirming you have multiple accounts - so what?!?! While there are cases which are unclear - when they say you have multiple accounts, they will surely be able to prove that.

made my first bet 2 mbtc  - special to receive a welcome bonus

after 48 hours, the bonus was not credited. they said in a chat, write to the [email protected] mail

ok i do this. I received a mail that my account was allegedly not participating in the promotion because there is a suspicion of multiple registration!

further, I already wrote in the chat support that I no longer have any accounts! that this is my first account and only one!
in principle, this bonus is small and I don’t need to argue much because of this.
asked in the chat, will I have further problems because of this?
and can I continue to bet?

Actually I mean live activity should cancel at the same time if sportsbet decide to closed any account. For example you are betting right now and you are on lose, and sportsbet decide  to closed your account, so they should cancel your bet, whatever you lost it would remain lost. Whatever you won it will remain in your account. But further activity should be stop, like you are losing your fund but you can't even stop betting due to closed accounts. Hope you got my point.
