Well, is true that mobile application is not really necessary if these gambling site have mobile friendly support. i this case, sportbetio has been support it. But in the other hand some people is prefer using mobile application because i think it's more easy to open and use, more faster and more efficient.

yes 6 mbtc is the max and if i remember correct your first bet has to be exactly of 2 mbtc for new user bonus. you will get the freebet even if u win the 2mbtc bet. there is a max but u can only see that when u try to place it, i have tried before and it limits somewher between 100-200x odds. you can withdraw freely whatever u win

I was placing bets on volleyball and then on tennis with 4 mbtc.
It wasn't getting placed and all the time it showed that it has failed to place the bet.
Then suddenly I saw my account balance has become 0 and there is no active bet in progress. The balance just disappeared and I had no active bets on my account.

So I contacted support and after 5-10 minutes of contacting support which also joined up late, then I saw that now there is an active bet on one tennis match. The bet got placed actually after contacting support.
That bet got placed around 10 minutes after what I actually wanted to do. and so eventually i lost that bet.

This is not even my fault, it was caused by a serious time lag between my clicking and actually placement of the bet. And while placing it showed the bet has failed and did not get placed. At the same time it also started to show that the site is now under maintenance.
I feel cheated because of the glitch and now I have lost my money. Feeling cheated at this time.

I want my money to be reimbursed.
Please properly look into this issue and read this email carefully because you won't get my issue without properly reading this email.
Please take necessary actions and get my balance back.

"I see you've attempted the bet placement for 8 times, however it wasn't placed in the end, seems that the funds didn't return either."
and
"Right, I see completed return attempt after which the funds were taken again but not returned. I'll add these details to the report and the sports book department will investigate it."

Let us see if you guys even investigate something and if some solution comes out.

I am a new user here. I came to know about the welcome bonus in which we get x3 our first bet's stake as free bet.
Is it limited to 2 mBTC and I can get a free bet of max 6 mBTC?
Do I need to win my bet to receive that free bet or just wait for it to grade even if I lose that first bet?
After receiving my free bet, what is the max can I win with this free bet? Is there any limit on that?
If I win any amount through that free bet, how much can I withdraw?
Do I need to wager any x amount of my winnings from free bet to withdraw them or I can withdraw the winnings any time?

So I am participating in one of the promotions sportsbet started running when the season began so a few games were missed.
I managed to put in 5 bets today and they all hit as a win. Just hope they qualify for the promotion which is running since I made the requirement of over 1.50x odds needed and a minimum amount of a wagered amount for any prelive epl games.

I had a feeling gabriel jesus(2.06x, Sterling(2.84x) and mahrez(3.20x) were going to score in this match as the others didnt have much of any offensive power during the game. They decided to bench sergio aguero and bernardo silva for the beginning of the match so I knew they werent going to come on til very late in the game.

Their site is responsive and good enough on the mobile. I use it often.

Sometimes it feels a bit more laggy than desktop and maybe it is a coincidance but I am ocasionaly unable to cash out early on mobile while I haven't had same problem on desktop.

These days apps are not much interesting. If a website has responsive theme then they do not need an app. I have not checked their website from phone (I do not gamble from phone) but if it's not response then what they can do is to hire a front end developer who is good at javascript and css. They can make it responsive. And once the entire site will be responsive you will not even feel that if you are using an app or the site itself.

It will not bad. But how it will be if sportsbet launch their own apps? Will it not more easier for gamblers? they could play game directly from apps and if will not require login everytime like website. On the other hand also sportsbet will benefited from it, peoples who will install apps that means they are engaged with them. Due to easy mathode gambler might like to play through apps. I think it's not very difficult for sportsbet to build a apps but both party will be benefited. Hope sportsbet will consider about it.

OK. Tried out the Live app. I use Livescores already and that's pretty decent but I suppose the trigger option is quite useful if you're doing Live betting a lot, and I do tend to watch out a lot for if odds suddenly jump so that's extremely useful! Most of my underdog bets I only place if I see a 10% jump.

Anyway my feedback: app could respond quicker. It is a little slow. Also, once you enter the trigger area, you can't go back. Back button doesn't work. Tapping the Close button (X) also doesn't work. So you've no choice but to kill the app once you enter the trigger area, at least on my Android.

Waiting to see if my first trigger will work though! Set it for 0-0 after a certain time just to see;)

Both Villareal and Real Betis had a far higher scoring average the last 5 games than the other 2 Germans. So for me, it was good value for the 3.50. apps are really important these days because we are now on the age of mobility and portability . this is now the age of smartphones and tablets  . apps for these devices can perfrom better compare to the traditional websites  .

thats true but not all have or can afford a pc or a lappy  .  they only have mobile phones but some can afford but still prefer to use a mobile phone because they can bet whenever they want   .

but overall  , sportsbet is succesful even before  , even if they dont have added feature like apps , etc whatsoever  . its still up to them if what they want to do  .

IMO, most real gamblers will always prefer to use the main website through PC because I believe it will give better experience and gamblers can access all available features.
If gamblers want to play through their mobile phone, then mobile browser is more than enough. It is even wrong if sportsbet will become the first gambling site if they are able to implement it because there are many gambling sites (usually fiat poker sites) has mobile applications already. If you are referring to crypto gambling sites then there is a site callled BVC. I dont even think that mobile app will give better experience to gamblers. 

For me it is different, application has an important role in current era especially since this gambling site is a big site. Although there are no gambling sites to implement it, but if SportsBet is able to implement this means they will become first gambling site and this is a new innovation in gambling. What's more, application is able to control bets more effectively because development of increasingly sophisticated mobile applications such as PWA.

I think Apps is not anymore necessary as even if you will access the site through your phone, you can still view it clearly and can put your bet easily.
In many sports book that I'm using, I've never seen one that has an app, so I think its not that really necessary.

sportbet io have been launch patnerhip with SB Live, that's good apps. but IMHO this apps will be more good if we can make a bet with the app not only for get trigger notification on match. but i appreciate this apps, so i can monitor the match with this apps. i hope sportbet can make an improvement with this app
