they are UK version of the site... i went to sportsbetio.uk and asked live chat and they said yes sportsbet.io is same
What do you mean same? Clearly they have totally different odds.....and login with the sportsbet.io username and password also does not work on that UK site

It appears that they have maintenance right now and this hinders me in putting any bet in their website. Anyone experiencing this also?

There's not much promotion at the moment the only active one they have is the casino competiton and one the prizes is a trip to one of Watford's matches. On their promo page there's an announcement about them pushing their promotions on to their social media accounts. @Steve Do you know how long would the maintenance last?

Unfortunately, we’re not offering outright bets for the mentioned league. 
It's okay, I understand, my request is just too hard as I don't see this series in other gambling sites as well, but I'm still hoping in the future this will be possible.

What I was requesting is the PBA Finals line, like the series bets if possible, just like when you offer a line during the NBA playoffs.
