usually you will find a notification in the site , but not always you will receive the notification cause for example yesterday I didn't get a notification about getting the free spins but when I opened the slots game I found the spins waiting for me

so make sure to check it anyways even if you didn't get a notification , and if you don't the free bets just contact the live support and they will help you in few minutes regarding that matter

Usually there will be a notification message once a player receive something. I'm not really familiar with the free bet promo but I do not think it is different from the free spins promo. I always receive notification message, it is located at the left bottom of your screen or you can check it on the notification tab.
