Sportsbet.io had a promotion this month named "Basketball Holiday Freebet"
It consisted of placing 1 single or multiple bet of at least $20 on any basketball game on odds over 1.50
It didn't matter if you lose or won you would receive a $20 Free bet on the next day at 17:00 GMT
Guess what's I placed my bet and I won the bet. Now it was day of the freebet to be giving and I contacted live chat and for my surprise I am not allowed to use promotions anymore, I did opted in 2 days ago on the promotion now it don't even show up on my side menu and I was told I was not eligible for any promotions now.
Not finished, I have at least 6 internet friends who also joined this promo , and out of all of us, only 2 lost the initial bet to be eligible for the promo.. all the others won and guess what?
The ones who won the initial bet were not eligible today (we all opted in on the promo page) but today we all can't even see the promo page but the 2 that lost the initial bet, received the freebet and still can access the promo page.
Not to mention that the freebets they received of 20$ , they bet it and just the profit becomes available the 20$ freebet value doesn't sum up after the bet is placed.
So they are just scammers and I know one of the team support comes to this forum so I want him to explain this scamming they are doing for $20? It is not even 20$ is just the profit you make from the freebet lol
We are not safe anymore playing any online sportsbet or casino they just do whatever they want.
