Guys, I don’t understand what’s the matter ... I remember exactly that I chose the final score for the Tottenham - Chelsea match, and when I saw the second goal I went to Superbru and was a little stunned that the site tells me that I didn’t make my choice.

I understand that it is useless to write to their support team because of the three lost points? [Unless, of course, the score of the match does not change] Undecided
I believe you will still get at least 1.5 points if the result stays like this. Everybody has I think 10 or 15 default picks, that kicks in when you forget to put in your prediction. 74% of players said Chelsea wins tonight and i am guessing most common choice is one of the results that gets you 3 or 1.5 points in worst case.

When you are making your picks you can click on box that sends you confirmation Email. That way you are double sure that you entered picks. It is not enough if you entered the pick and then closed the browser. For pick to get saved you have to click on another pick or somewhere outside that box and then you will see that pick is updated. Small floppy disk icon pops out under it for a half of second.

Vardy's got his team back in the game, as usual, so I at least luck out on anytime goalscorers: Salah, Vardy and Ronaldo keeping me in the black. Am actually backing Spurs to win the next one, so Kane rather than Lukaku. But as long as I get me points in the bag, I'm smiling.

City, man...other than two proper wins against relegation fodder (Norwich and Arsenal), they've had a pretty crap start of the season, but it's better to have that shitty form now than in december/january, i guess

as for the pool, 4.5 pts for me today..ngl, a bit embarrassing  Embarrassed and i'm supposed to be the defending champion, ffs!

I definitely prefer to have shitty starts than shitty endings... Liverpool has this rather unpleasant record of being the only team to top the table at Christmas and not win the league (think we've done it 3 times already), but I also like how we do tend to finish strong.

I wouldn't worry about a bad start to defending your title. One yellow cap and you're top, almost guaranteed for the next 5 to 6 weeks at least.

somehow i had the feeling that brentford would win the game and that i was the only one who had exactly predicted the result didn't really help at the end of yesterday's matchday. of the remaining 5 games there were 2x 1.5 points and 3x 0 points...
let's see what today's games bring

Well you're only 1 of 9 people to pick a Brighton win, so if the score remains like this for 15 more minutes, you'll get another 1.5 points in the bag. I see 3 people backed 1-1 United draw (good on ya LFC_Bitcoin!) so I'm happy to miss this prediction to see United drop points or even lose!

I went vice versa, I had 1-1 for Leicester vs Brentford, then 2-1 win for Man United... It's just a bit sad that Leicester couldn't get on level terms.

I'm all in with Chelsea as for the final fixture, I've got 2-0 on this, and there's some 13 minutes left to get all 3 points...

It seems I'll end up as this week's round winner regardless of the outcome here 😎😎

Fun fact: this penalty that De Gea managed to save stopped quite embarrassing record for him growing even larger. Penalty takers scored last 40 penalties against him, I guess he was bound to save one, big numbers and all that statistical mambo jumbo Smiley

I would love to read some press releases tomorrow if United lost the points today. There was a couple of penalty situations on Ronaldo and I am sure there would be hell if they lost points from that penalty, this way it will blow off quickly. Really wanted to see if Ronaldo or Fernadez would have that penalty duty. My money is on Ronaldo, probably has it in contract  Cool

One of those shit round and you will still find some people managed to get points LOL
That is the problem with 50 people pool. There is always some guy who gets it right and makes it looks like it could have been done Smiley Hell we had an exact score on Brentford winning 2:0, how could that be guessed? At least nobody got it right for City and that is less of a surprise for me than 2:0 Brentford win.

Not many points for me as well, but more than most due to correct score in Liverpool game so I can't complain.
I don't know what to think about City, scoring zero goals is sooo weird... As for Brentford, I expected them to win because they managed a draw against Aston Villa, and had a better overall record with their games this season. So far, this has been a very good round for me, and one of the closest I ever got to a yellow cap. I'm clearly not getting it this time, unfortunately, but things are improving for me overall as the new rounds come. I guess I just find it way easier to make reasonable predictions once you've seen how the teams have played their recent games in the league. Hopefully, no surprises with Chelsea await with the last game of this round.

Very bad start 0 points from two games this gameweek.
Brentford with a 2 goals win Away against Wolves is impressive playing with 10 players for almost the last half hour.
Cygan was only one to predict the correct final score.

I picked 2:1 Brentford to win. After the first 30 minutes of the game (after Adama Traore strikes the crossbar), I remembered Wolvesscore only two goals against Watford and missed many chances in all last games. so I saw that it was too much to expect them to score, especially when they were in -2.
I was hoping that after the red card, he might score a goal, but they are just very bad at the finish.

Southampton now has 4 drawn in the row. against Man United, West Ham played very well. for a moment I thought he might make a problem to Man City, but to be honest, I didn't want to take any risk and play anything against the City because of the possibility that all players in the pool take points, except me.

putting 6 past Leipzig in the midweek who would expect them not to be able to score 1 goal against Southampton.

Quite a lot of surprises for me considering the results of the game but most probably I am not only the one who was surprised at Manchester City not being able to win against Southampton at home. Also Everton suffering such loss I think was unexpected as it was the loss of Wolves at home.I am happy for Arsenal though although I had it a draw in my predictor, they are finally showing signs of being alive and this is good.I am even more surprised that despite such unexpected results I am still second at just 0.5 points difference from first place.

I think everyone lost points today on this match. I was expecting lots of goals from City but a draw and even 0-0 isnt something i would have guessed in a million years. Bad week for me currently i hope i bounce back on sunday and get a few more points to try and get that top 10 position

That's gotta the biggest let down of the day from Man City, wasn't it ? After failing to score before the half-time I said this might be one of the crazy days where Man City just can't seem to find the back the net, and it turned out to be, putting 6 past Leipzig in the midweek who would expect them not to be able to score 1 goal against Southampton.

Not so bad so far this week for me, my only regret is changing my initial Brentford 2-1 Wolves pick to the exact opposite about 10 mins from kickoff.

So I didn't get anything from first 2 games but I guess very few people did either so not so bad! HT right now and the most surprising result is 0-0 City-Southampton and guess what? Only Southampton pulled one save.

Something I can’t figure out how to maximize points from this event, I put together such a stellar team for 100 million, but it still doesn’t gain more than 50 points per week, (Pickford, Cancelo, Alexander-Arnold, Maguire, Dias, Origi, Pogba, McArthur, Grealish, Salah, Lukaku).  Sad

Although I already had a couple of times the thought that maybe I should diversify the team with players from other clubs ... in short, you need to ask Trofo.

Trofo has very good points already so no need to cover them but the basics are for sure there. You also need to look at the fantasy scoring, the simplest ones only give points to keeper saves, assist, scoring, and penalties for cards and goals but if you play where you also get points for saves+blocks, then for sure you actually gain more from a cheap keeper expected to take 10+ shots from City for example. This is my opinion sometimes, to take some penalties.

And also, agree don't change teams because they scored higher last week. Your idea is hit average players in form and spend money on one big player who always performs like Ronaldo, Salah, for me always Messi but of course now he is in Ligue 1 I lost my appetite for fantasy a lot).

Cygan was only one to predict the correct final score.

Arsenal vs Burnley starting soon the starting 11 for Arsenal looks to be solid and MAYBE MAYBE they get a win here since Burnley are struggling at home going winless at Turf Moor for straight 14 games .
If Arteta fails in this one he should pack his bags and leave.

I had been thinking of putting the Leeds game as a draw initially but the Newcastle lineup made me think they couldn't even get a point.

And then Brentford also shows up with Toney and reminds Wolves that they haven't found a way to get a Plan B in place when they can't score. I feel like they could be in real trouble if they don't find a way to get Jimenez back to scoring. Or Traore to start assisting...

9 shots but none tested the keeper, 2/3rd possession, and running themselves ragged for nothing. Damn.

I got Liverpool on all kinds of crazy bets, so come on, you Reds! And don't bust me again on Blackjack please =)

I had the yesterday game 2-2 as draw so I got the close result for the 1-1 that the game ended.I am surprised that from the top standings no one opted for a draw which let me alone for a few hours in the top.I think the games of this week are difficult to predict for me so I am Ok even if I lose quite some positions in this week games.

The game between Newcastle and Leeds is going on really close. Leeds are the better performing side and they scored first with the Raphinha's goal also. Newcastle still managed to answer them with Saint-Maximin in the 44th minute. We are in the early minutes of the second half and it is going on 1-1. I still think that Leeds can defeat their opponent in this game. Even though both sides started badly, Leeds are still more powerful. And they were the better side in their last games against each other. It is a good opportunity for Leeds to get their first victory of the season.

It's as though I saw this coming along, I couldn't place support on either team so I settled for a 1 - 1 draw and it looks like it's going to pay off apparently, there is just about two minutes of stoppage time left to play for.

It's not by any means being a typical boring game that you'd have expected from both sides, both team were really explosive and Saint-Maximin would be my player of the game, it's really funny how this game would likely ended with 1 goal apiece, there easily could have been 4 goals here tbvh.
Another wrong result for me but at least it was a great game. Lots of chances on both ends of the pitch and I agree  we could have had 4 goals in this one easy. SM was great, he is super fast and always has some solution with the ball, rest of Newcastle attack was total rubbish so he was standing out even more. Rapihna was great for the Leeds but he had some small injury concerns before the game and lasted only 60 minutes, too bad since I feel like he would have assisted or scored another goal for sure.
