@webtricks Watford winning actually wouldn't be the biggest upset this season, proof is in the odds. The biggest upset so far was Norwich beating City earlier in the season at 25/1 odds.

My day is good so far for betting, as I took a Palace/Pool parlay. Chelsea losing so far... I KNEW to stay away. No Kante, no joy in defence...

Edit:  HOWE YOU MOFOOO!!!  I KNEW IT!!!  2 - 1, Bournemouth leading.
Shocked Could it be? Could Chelsea really let the chance of getting closer to 3rd spot go? I've said it before, The Cherries are BAD, so how the hell are they winning? lol I saw Chelsea to win @1.80 odds earlier today and said "hmm, that's weird", it was a trap  Cheesy (almost added them to my parlay, dodge a bullet there)

This is why Leicester are still in 3rd position, the rest of the teams in the top 10 keep dropping points week it and week out :/

After Chelsea took, I thought they would as well go on to win the match. Little did I know, does anyone from the pool have Bournemouth to win btw ?I'd guess not. 5 actually went with Bournemouth and 4 of them with the exact 2 - 1 score!

EDIT: It's all square once again!

Brighton vs C Palace is the early kick off today, I dunno if there’s a match up more dull to be honest Cheesy

Swingo! I took 3 points from this match.

None of the big teams face each other today but there’s an interesting match between Watford & LFC, could be a good game, Watford are better than their league position suggests.

Watford had awful start of the season but now they are looking consistent. Surprisingly, no one picked draw for this match. I think Watford won't be easy go for Liverpool. Last time when they met at Anfield, Watford played some brilliant moves and the ball came to final third quite often. Not to forget those two horrible misses from Watford players, both missing easy goals from open net. Else match could have been closer.

I am going for Watford win this time. Hope they will make the biggest upset of the season today (why not! they have the power of BTC on their armsCheesy).

I'll be watching the Leeds game instead to see if they're gonna blow it again.

They'll move up...  This time...  One time!  Cheesy

Anyway two matches no points.  I think the gap at the top is gonna close down a bit.

Oh and Lol_Zaha.

Edit:  Bournemouth looking good at the start btw...  Smiley

Edit:  Meh.  What was I thinking...

I have no idea but what I noticed is that until a match kicks off, you can still make your picks. I hope you were able to do yours already.
I had Maupay, Giroud, Wood, Shane Long, Salah, Richarlison and Lucas Moura, I have missed making my picks for a few weeks now, but perhaps I could bounce back with a bang.
Not bad looking. Let's hope for the for all of us 😀

Had 0-1 down to Leicester for the game last night and then VAR strikes again and disallows their goal for a handball, but it looks like the Norwich player hand-balled it first and then it hit the Leicester player's hand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UNEFjvgFRUk

But I'm not even 100% it did actually hit his hand at all. From the second angle it looks like it may have just missed, but either way it was close and doesn't change the fact it hit the Norwich player first.

To those making their Majestic7 picks, remember to check the updated injury list...you don't wanna pick an injured player, trust me it sucks lol
I have Maupay, Willian, Shelvey, Haller, Salah, Richarlison, and Jimenez.
Yeah I had the injured players in mind.

The Utd match is confusing to me. I think Everton has good chance to win.

Good think Leceister vd Norwich was included, because I definitely would have missed that as I would have picked either Vardy or Tielemans.

Just LFC_Bitcoin and Stephencurry333 are two persons with 1.5 points all other pool already on duck in first match of this round as Leicester fail to give any good result as they are doing in last few matches very poor play from them

@Trofo talk to support or post it the main thread here. I remember doing so (posting in the thread) about how their lists needed to be updated (i think it was Iwobi still showing up for Arsenal) and they fixed it.

My pick for the Cherries vs Chelski could give me a three point edge or nothing.  No analysis done...  Just a hunch (and I've always rooted for Howe anyway).  Lol.
I went with 3-0 win for Chelski. I've watched Bournemouth a couple of times, and they're just so bad :/ kinda hard to sit down and watch their games tbh.

Have you guys played Majestic 7 for this week? Maybe my vision isn't what it used to be but I am quite sure fortunjack people have been a bit too lazy to offer a choice of Bruno Fernandez for Man Utd. I wanted to pick him and after checking the list for 3 times chose Martial instead. Hopefully this forced situation will bring some luck and rewards my way Smiley
On it now. It will take me 20 minutes to thirty minutes to complete my picks. I am yet to pick my teams in superbru too. Not sure if I can watch the match between Norwich and Leicester but I will go with Leicester. Tough game but they should get a win.

Thanks for the reminder @toma, and yeah @toke @hilarious the records, while vanity ones for sure, will be the ones that make them remembered for ages. So of course, I'm betting parlays on all liverpool wins (pretty profitable so far!). Pires said though, his Invincibles had it much tougher and Liverpool have it easier. I disagree, in a way, because City. But Wolves and Leicester at least if not even Sheffield from today would have had a good crack at Arsenal Invincibles I think.

You can check the FJ thread I've requested three times at least for them to update squad. Harry Wilson has been available for Liverpool for most of season but it got quite bad after January transfer. I will say though, that while they never responded, they actually DID fix the player rosters when I mentioned a name in particular (though still never did Cenk Tosun who went to Palace from Everton on loan in Jan but they never updated AND he actually scored in 1/2 games when he wasn't available to pick!).

Yeah..  I guess Bournemouth vs Chelsea could be good too.  Rooting for Howe.  I got a side bet going that Chelsea doesn't finish within the top 6.  Lolol.

That's a straight win and would be disappointed if the boys don't take all three points plus bagging more goals for additionally advantage incase the top 4 spot get tied down to goal difference because from the look of things it's going to be a very close battle.

About finishing outside top 6 that's an impossible imagination especially with the way other top contenders are playing. Tottenham and United won't and can't finish above Chelsea this season.
Bournemouth is average side but at home they are performing good last year they ruined Chelsea 4  - 0 this year even Chelsea is very good but still this could be not easy for them specailly after losing against Bayern at home very badly this could be very close match even this can end in a draw.

Reminder: Matchweek 28 starts tomorrow with Norwich vs Leicester City. Bold and big font size for visibility in case someone just skips through this post and forgets to submit their picks in the pool.

@hilariousetc  Saturday's fixtures look meh but the two games on Sunday are worth watching IMO. We also have the EFL Cup final, does anyone here cares about this trophy?  Roll Eyes

That's a straight win <...>
Yeah, The Cherries are really bad...They have like an average of -1 goal per game LOL  Grin There's a reason why they're part of that small group of teams (five) that could potentially finish in the relegation zone at the end of the season.

We actually created a lot, it's just that it happened that they scored every time they crossed the half way line. Shitty games like these happen, the difference is that the Liverpool from a few years ago usually went on to lose these.
In this one we were just so good, you had a feeling West Ham will not be able to cope even after taking the lead.

West Ham fought well, they lack quality but they really did fight. If they continue to put in that kind of effort & desire they will not be relegated. West Ham play S’ton at home next, it wouldn’t surprise me to see them win that one.
