Basically I'm quite happy with the sponsorship of Sportsbet.io, but after seeing that there are various free bets it makes me a little reluctant to participate. Because I can't access the site, so when I get a Yellow Cap and or other free bet bonuses, what happens is that I can't claim it and that happened in the last round as well. But yes, even so I am still interested in joining because this is an interesting tournament because I have also participated from the early rounds, will pay the entry fee maybe at the end or at the beginning of the month.

I've just messaged everyone who joined last year. Apologies if you've already paid or said you will. Please don't leave it until the last minute to pay as I'd like to try get the prizes sorted out as early as possible so people know what they're playing for.
Just use a proxy. Maybe they could build an external site to rival Superbru.
I have paid. Nice idea for Sportsbet hosted pool on their site but that would probably exclude a huge number of players, if you notice many Sportsbet supporters actually cannot participate in many promos. I have to ask Steve for special permission otherwise I actually cannot use the site

If we get 50+ players, the pool will be huge. And I really think that the sponsorship money will make those on the fence really interested.
With 38 50$ freebets to play for as well, this pool is one of the easiest ones to commit money to - and I do hope we will get a lot of new players this year.

We should try get Sportsbet to build their own one and integrate it into their site. Maybe they could do a huge jackpot of 1btc or something if they can get enough people interested. Maybe one day the pool will grow to where we have a huge jackpot. Would be great it we could have a large sum for 1st place.

Right, when I receive this link from hilariousandco, I'm going to put all my predictions down either today or by the latest on the weekend. Therefore, I shouldn't be donating anything this season. I'll likely adjust them as time goes on, but this is just my contingency just in case I do the usual Welsh thing to do, and forget.
My one objective this season is to not get the wooden spoon, we'll see how well that goes.

I think we are used to Superbru because in these last couple of years we have only used it,the score and the points I think are fair enough to give everyone joining this pool an equal chance.
Of course I will be part of this one and once I sent you the money,will message you the transaction id.I guess we all have time up to a couple of days before that 6 August which can be a perfect coincidence for me,paying near that day,most probably on 3 August.I may pay earlier though,to see and to do.
Yeah most probably will make two payments of 0.00125 each during such time,that would be the best for me and don't mind paying tx fees as they are extremely cheap now.

I know igehhh and he very knowledgeable of the league from what was posted on the sportsbetting rev thread last season on the foxes and chelsea.
I will be joining in and will be paying for myself and buwaytress's entry fee for this pool.
Just got to wait a few days until receive those funds to pay (separately of course) and I will post up the tx ids on here or via pm to hilariousandco.
Already received the email invite so I am all set to join in the one and only pool I prefer to participate in for this season.

I've been here for three or four seasons, and in the last, I take place in the top 10.
I'm not sure about my participation though, mostly for the reason that it significantly affects my enjoyment of watching PL. For example, I picked Liverpool to win against Southampton, which is to be expected. while for me, it's more fun to see the other way around, Saints to beat scousers.
I guess I will join in at the beginning, but I will need more time for the final decision
Agreed! 5 points for exact score would make a world of difference IMO, as well as make possible comebacks more thrilling but.. It is good otherwise although I may not entirely agree with the "close" scoring system. Just minor complaints though!
5 points for an exact score it's too much. it is a win for the one who really has the most luck, I would say that according to the current method of calculation, some skill of prediction is still expected.
I know that at some point I had the most "close score" results, but still, I was in the middle of the table. 3 points eluded me for a late goal, which did not reflect the course of the match.

Yes anyone can join as long as they pay the fee. There are a couple of people who don't use this forum that play.
