Yo buddy, you are certainly an opponent who is hard to beat. I knew you would consider some strategical decisions, I am doing the same. Not always is it the answer we would pick without external conditions to be taken into account. But I fully agree, I bet on the fact that you take the 2+ goals. I am not the guy who goes with single numbers. I mentioned this before here But I thought 2 goals against City goes a bit too far. Usually, I would go with 0. But then I knew I would be dead in the water if Villa just hits a single lucky shot in the game. I decided to go against my usual strategy.

Yeah, getting negative feedback would be way too strict penalty. We're really passionate about BSFl, but at the end of the day it's jst a game. Kicking out from competion is already strict enough penalty. Paying evil fee if you will want to play again is not bad idea too.
Negative feedback would be more appropriate for something like not paying out sidebet or similar things.

Such things happens when same teams playing each other twice in few days. Juventus isn't most consistent team this season, butthen what to say about Lazio, you never can count on them.

My idea was more of neutral feedback, this members didnt break any forum rules or scam anyone to get negative feedback.

Now time for it to come true for me haha. I see many people got 0/3 and I had to get the opponent who has 1. Juventus was a big risk, but I just felt Lazio didn't have it in them, and turned out to be right. Still very close call though. Not too inclined to check very hard but I think my round vs mv1986 could be in a draw tonight, thanks to Villa somehow drying up after the first half. I knew 2 goals would be hard without Watkins but I felt I had to take the risk...

MAAManda (Div3) is on fire, and for the Q#3, there are 3/5 answers that were from div3, well, well, every tip of a pyramid needs its base, Div 3A- Div 3B.

To be fair if you compare it with any top league our Div 3 gets much more media space than the 3rd division in let's say England, Germany and Spain. 90% of the media space is reserved for the top division in those leagues. In BSFL I am giving maybe a bit more space to Div 1 than Div 2 but they are almost on a 50/50 basis. Div 3 gets a bit less but that is also due to the fact it is mostly comprised of less vocal managers. It is much easier for me to cover it when managers discuss it in the thread as well.

I guess the media can be somewhat unfair in this light, but it's just at the early into the season, I can assure you that once the cup phase gets underway the spotlight is usually more shed on the teams outside the top flight.

I'm disappointed to see that the media coverage for Division 3B isn't up to date.

We're all here to enjoy sports and make some money on the side, ideally we'd like 100% submission rate but we're close to it in top 2 Divisions.

Not much more we can do, and you all know how it works. If there is interest for something it will live on, if there's not, it will slowly die and be replaced - meaning you all have a bit of personal responsibility as well if you like BSFL and want to see Seasons 10, 20, 50..

So far we don't see major issues, we'll maybe introduce a single Division 3 soon, might be a bit more fair. But to be honest, Division 3 is the semi-professional one anyway. What happens down there shouldn't affect the core part of the competition, which is the top 2 Divisions.

That does not mean that Division 3 isn't important to us, it surely is and we want to see it active. What I meant is that, in a few seasons, we expect dedicated managers to climb out of it and those less dedicated to drop down there.

Oh sheesh you too? I also had a late submission last week, and somehow I still felt bad about it even this round while submitting. And it felt like to me it even bled into Barca performance, they still won but it should have been 7-0 or something.

I think that Trofo is right. Getting negative feedback on this forum probably means that your account becomes worthless. You would be kicked out of a signature campaign and probably won't be able to join any other campaign, pool or any other competition. That's way too harsh penalty for not submitting on time few times. Getting kicked out and having to pay the evil fee to join back is probably enough punishment.

Or maybe we could start threatening loved ones in case somebody forgets 

At the end of the day BSFL is still just a game and it has to stay fun for people to enjoy it. Current set of rules is already very harsh and I don't think we will add to that. At this point it is probably best to let time relegate those that forget to submit amd we should end end with good situation in top leagues.

I was thinking that Tottenham would win to qualify for the Champions League next season. However they lost 2 points by getting a 1-1 draw. As of this result my opponent jayce has gained an important advantage already now. However we still have 3 more questions ahead of us to change the result. Especially because of thinking that Red Bull would win by landslide this week I'm confident about my answer to the F1 question.

That might work if it becomes an actual rule next season, but I doubt it'll get approved by the Cro2 team when we already have enough punishments.

That's how my matchup ended in the previous round. It's quick and less stressful even when you're on the losing end.

The current consequences for not submitting and getting boot out after 3 times while having to pay the evil fee next season are probably harsh enough though, not to mention your reward would get cut out for not submitting even only once. Some people just have some sorts of other things to do I guess

All answers sent on time but I was shocked when I saw that Chi20 had almost the same answers as me 
Only question we answered differently was question 4 with Man City vs Villa match.
This round will end quickly for both of us, but I hope Villa scores one goal
