Oh nice, you are all together in BSFL Alcoholics Anonymous meeting again?
Watch out for Cryptofrkone and dont let him experiment to much with strong beverages from Estonia  Grin

We closed all of their bars again with only 1 minor injury to report - a head bang on the floor in injury time. Not by me, I'll let the player revel himself if he wants to Grin
Balkan mafia cleaned out the poker tournaments but spent all the money we won - this was a shitty weekend to bet.

All in all, a great trip, productive meetings with SB and now the work continues. They love what you all helped create in this thread so we'll keep on building&expanding.

Questions later tonight, we just got home. League tables almost certainly tomorrow, Atletico - Barcelona just started and I have no clue in which status golf is - probably won't be finished by midnight.

And to make matters worse, I get to play either of you next, how is that supposed to be any easier ? I just like the competition and would rather face you now than towards the end of the season when a lot is on the line 😉

/snip

I think there is no more easy opponents in Division 1, but also in Division 2. I don't know did everyone learn how to do the research or the problem is in a lot of unexpected results, but it's getting pretty hard to win a round. When I remember that I went trough the whole first round without a loss, it feels like it was a lifetime ago.

I'm eagerly waiting for the questions. Trofo promised to put some extra egzotic sport in one question so I'm curious what will it be. But since he is on a drinking road trip, maybe there won't be an egzotic sport

Liverpool! Ha, they just insist on creating a mountain to climb, don't they?

And our duel comes to an end! Hate to see you lose but it is what it is.

didn't watch it, but actually didn't expected comeback from United, after Liverpool took the lead
crazy FA cup QF in England, except for City, that won routinely, all other matches were shocking, congrats to Chelsea and United that will fight for a spot against City, since Coventry chances are lower than slim

Well now that Alcaraz won against Sinner I guess that's another loss for my team.
-snip

I guess we will now be in for a relegation fight this season
two games, two loses, doesn't sound good at all

management board concluded that manager is here to stay, due to results in last three seasons, but they will not have patience as United for Eric Ten Hag, have to start getting better rather sooner than later

Oh, you also lost your second in a row? That's tough. My next opponent is Harkorede who won his first round against mitchr4 who is also your next opponent Smiley I also don't know how much patience will my board have with me. I have to step up my game a little bit. I still have a feeling that it was easier to win in the first two rounds.

I lost the round immediately Liverpool conceded that first goal, I needed them to win without conceding to secure a point, Alcaraz heroics couldn’t save my sorry after all, tough round indeed!

And to make matters worse, I get to play either of you next, how is that supposed to be any easier ? I just like the competition and would rather face you now than towards the end of the season when a lot is on the line 😉

Well done Jayce, flawless round for you, I really didn’t have any answer to your team’s impregnable defense.

Ok im trying to be the smart ass who went with the underdog, but what the hell was that, not only not winning also losing against Conventry, pure shit.

Yup, also thought I was the smartass. I figured City would easily win, but max 2 goal difference. Chelsea the same, if not lose. I thought Wolves would power through Coventry. I think a lot of things...

Probably not so much adrenaline for you, buwaytress Tongue Or well, you wouldn't care if they won 6-5 instead of 3-2 because then your Wolves would have scored 5 goals.

Adrenaline of course, injury time winner, but injury time equaliser and winner? The best match of FA Cup so far, if you think about high drama!

Regards from Tallinn by whole Sportsbet team and the two of us. They love this competition and you all are part of it so thanks for that Smiley

We love them back, I'm fully expecting an incriminating pic, with you guys doing things I would never do.

Chelsea mocked Leicester in overtime, seems that only City does not need overtime to score goals, they do that during the first half, and then Newcastle could just watch them passing balls inbetween

not sure about, but could be a saver for my goal difference, but lose is still there
ready for a next round, will be some good questions, I expect that

Though week for most of us, not even sure how I am doing since I am traveling and can't be bothered to check the spreadsheet on mobile.

Questions will be live later tonight as usual.

Can't believe I won tennis point lol

Hoping Chelsea win big today, and Barca win, otherwise game over for me.

Caroline Wozniacki retired, IIRC this is second competition in a row Swiatek benefits from retiring opponents, is this common in tennis? I understand if people retire from injury but is there ever other reason to retire in tennis?
So, I can’t help but feel for players who had to retire in certain games, I’ve lost a couple of points on Zverev, Alcaraz, Sinner and more on Rune over the course of 4 season of BSFL and I’ve anticipated most of these games with complete anticipation but the you the players even in a more worrying state and can’t help but feel absolute pity and sorry for them.

I can never enjoy any moment that a sports person is injured. Even for my worst 'enemy' Real Madrid, and the most vile player Ramos, sometimes I felt happy knowing he was not playing a match for some small injury, great, but especially when longterm or affecting career you don't wish that kind of bad luck on anyone, it's like robbing them of pure joy to play.

Well now that Alcaraz won against Sinner I guess that's another loss for my team. I'll wait for Trofo and cryptofrka return from their party trip to rate all other questions to see if I have any correct answer. But I hate losing rounds by one point like this! Congrats notblox1 on winning this one!

Well done Alcaraz! Sinner won the first set quite easily with 6-1 but Alcaraz came back and managed to turn the match 1-2! I was just lucky on this question as my opponent didn't follow and saw that Djokovic was out of the tournament.. But 3 new points, and full pot after 2 games!😁

Who said it's just a drizzle? The game is on hold for an hour. It's getting late here where I live so I'll just go to sleep whishing that when I wake up, the Sinner will be in the final and I'll get away with a draw.

Trofo did, I guess. You might wanna blame that on the liquors and beers though, he's never a sloppy fellow!

After 3 hours of wait, it's deep into the night here too, I'll probably spend the whole day feeling groggy, but this match has been worth it, if you ask me!

We've got ourselves a 3rd set decider, for what's to determine the (new) World No. 2 Tennis player.

I don't know if there is a non-individual or group H2H in the mix of your Sinner - Alcaraz H2H, but as far as I can tell from an ATP stand point Sinner currently holds the lead 4-3.
I can see in Flashscore H2H it is 4:4 but Sinner won last two maches.

Oh, alright.

After I checked, their first encounter recorded by Flashscore was actually a Challenger Tour, not an ATP Tour, I guess that's why my source had it as a 4-3 ATP H2H record.

Regards from Tallinn by whole Sportsbet team and the two of us. They love this competition and you all are part of it so thanks for that Smiley There are also some BSFL players here with us but I am gonna let them tell you about it if they want.

There will be some pictures maybe later on, if we pass ugly MF filter. When I say some, I mean one. Who the hell has times for mobiles when you are having fun  Grin

I could have asked you to save me some extra couple of beers for Steve from my next paycheck but I don't want to get cryptofrka snooping as he seems to be in bed with the Sheriff already, I don't want any troubles from either of them and how I'm faring for this round is an evidence to why I'd avoid issues with the Sheriff, half of my team were picked up for random doping test before the match vs team Jayce and they're all made not available to play the game because of the Sheriff's failure to clear them in time for the game.

Should be a short break, it is just drizzle and Indian Wells isn't a place actually known to have a lot of rain  Cool
I hope this break will work better for Alcaraz but I am not going to wait hours to see what happens.

Sinner might be the bookies slight favorite but then I really wouldn’t consider him that against the Alcaraz I watched against Zverev to be honest, Sinner might have won the 2 of their last 3 meetings, but the last the Alcaraz defeated Sinner was at Indian Wells last year, so you should sign up for expecting some Deja Vu stuff there, should be an electrifying match though.
I know Alcaraz won Indian Wells last year and that is why I picked him to be in the final again but I dont watch tennis matches, they are very boring for me.
They are 4:4 in H2H matches so today we are going to see who is better form.

Just had a quick look at the spreadsheet, apparently our game decided by the result of Liverpool vs Man Utd game and the winner between Sinner vs Alcaraz. Well Harkorede, it's been always tough to play against you which I have never won in all of our 3 matches. Hopefully the record would be broken this time lol.
You have the same situation like me and slackovic this round  Grin

Yeah, I guess I read the schedule wrong. This morning I expected to see that our duel ended up with a draw, but I guess we will have to wait one more day.
I see match is interrupted because of the rain, so this could be a very long day  Tongue

And I discovered there is so much that a stake for both parties because whoever wins here gets to be the World No. 2 in the next ATP rankings  Shocked

I was still trying to get a solid place to watch the game before I saw it's already being interrupted, it could be a very long night indeed, even for both players as well!
