5 if you count the cup and CL. Incredible, really.

Liverpool with a huge win, Salah taking the jersey off shows how much of a fight it was. Sunderland is really a bad team, they gave away all the goals so cheap.
The gap is now 8 points, it can be 11 if Liverpool wins the next game against City at Anfield.

3 losses in a row, they sure do need to do something. Rare sight to watch and it could even be 4 times in a row next week in Anfield. Its going to be very exciting

United started well under Amorim, nice action and 1:0 lead inside first few minutes.

Indeed, they’ve started quite brilliantly not to say Ipswich haven’t have their own huge chances as well, but Man United are playing with better orientation and it looks as though they know exactly how they want to play now.

Ipswich haven’t just drawn level while I was typing this, barely a few minutes after they hand a huge chance saved by Onana.

They need to make plans for the January transfer window.

I imagine they should be able get it on a private jet to the USA on a moments notice if it was that important, except it needs to be custom made.

So did they managed to get the rear wing they wanted to use or was Max using the wrong rear wing on this race?

Meanwhile, Italy is 1 foot away from winning the Davis Cup. There is no way that Sinner lose against Griekspoor. Damn I picked the wrong winner on this question, I wont be getting points on this

Did Chinese Taipei just win against Japan in baseball? Grin
What the hell, what were the odds here? I really didn't see this coming.
I'm shocked they somehow lost. Their odds were at 1.25 before the start of the match, they're heavily favored so I thought it was an easy point for everyone who took Japan.

Instead of chilling with the lead, now i'll have to sweat it out on the Napoli question and pray they keep a clean sheet against AS Roma.
Damn, these results are really something else. And with that we have just one player getting points on Baseball question  Grin At least it wasn't costly in BSFL for most of us.
Can't wait for this horrible round to end and then to try to attack the last one.

United started well under Amorim, nice action and 1:0 lead inside first few minutes.

"Incredible" 3x1 painful defeat at this moment, I was very sure of getting a better result, now it doesn't depend on me... We'll see how the positions in the table turn out... the future of my team is in the hands of others... mathematically speaking.  Undecided

Now there is plenty of time to find a winner.
And they have found it and turned the game right back around.

This match is a perfect description of why Southampton are where they are in the league. They were brilliant for sometimes during the match but were horrible for some others and conceded some silly goals.

In some breaking news, Leicester just sacked their coach.

Man City are getting hammered at Etihad, and Guardiola plethora of records are coming to an end..
Spurs will take a point from City every-time except when Arsenal needs them to do so to win the league. Losing at Etihad is something City do not do regardless of their form, losing in that way is something he never does. They need to make plans for the January transfer window.

Liverpool are drawing at the South coast. They cannot drop points here can they?

- Jay -

It's already happening, Southampton have turned the game on its head, they've taken a 2-1 lead over Liverpool and now Salah and co have under 30 minutes of regular time to respond.

Given how they've fared this season, I'd expect at least a draw from Liverpool, but stranger things have happened.

EDIT: Mo' Salah as usual  Cheesy

Now there is plenty of time to find a winner.

That Monaco game killed me as well. Not even following after that one. With point there I would have been on my way to full points and putting pressure on vd in LMS. As it stands, blah.

Don't even have LMS to look forward to and by the way things are going, I was wise to sit out another dumb rebuy. GL to you guys, me and mv we're just waiting to see if Sinner and co gives out points. Match 1 will start soon, but I'll be busy watching Liverpool trying to find a way back into the game in the second half of their match.

Onuachu's such a good player =p

Dont give up buwa, I think you are going to win this one in the end, same as Max is winning F1 title this season Wink

Haha, don't worry, it's not like I'm throwing in the towel. Just tough opponent, and one I would hate to beat, but with some consolation that he won't relegate with a bad result.

Honestly, Chinese Taipei win over Japan gave me a sense of relief, as that match had made me a bit worried. This was because my pick USA, had already been eliminated and we all know Japan was favored over Chinese Taipei. However, the result turned out differently. Thank you China Taipei for your win, which saved me from losing points.
Now, I just have to wait for the results of other matches that are still ongoing, which could end in a draw or a win for me. Hopefully, Italy can secure a win in the Davis Cup Final.

My battle against slaman29 continues this round, and it all comes down to Italy winning in Davis Cup and Formula 1 race winner.
Every point is important for the final goal difference.

Well the F1 thing went my way but I can't find any problem for Italy to win this. I think back to my choice, Alcaraz was always the strongest and I got no regrets, but I didn't think coach would play Nadal first. Now I have to hope for Netherlands to beat Italy, that's not possible at all.

My faith in Spain is poor, at least I kept this battle until today.

Looking at the Formula 1 Las Vegas race final result, it really does feel like a complete anomaly, Mercedes 1-2, the Ferrari 3-4, Lol! No Norrris or Verstappen for the podium, strange really, I wonder what the betting numbers would be like since this was race that took place in the gambling capital of the US, Las Vegas.

Watched full game and I can't believe how bad City was. I remember one clear cut chance for them, when Haaland missed.
Of course I had both to score on that game.

It was an awful performance to say the least, they lack any form idea whatsoever and couldn't generate anything offensively when they couldn't get the best service to Haaland, although Haaland in all honesty had enough chances to have been on the scoreboard at least 2-3 times, most times that's all the chances needed to have a hattrick.

Nice, we're all tied up after gaining a crucial point from the Milan vs. Juventus match and i'm glad I don't have to sweat the F1 question since we both picked Norris to win.  Grin

It all rests on Japan to put me in the lead and avoid a third loss since I don't trust my BTTS and total goals prediction for the Napoli match.

56 points in LMS and counting,
vd309 has already secured 1 more point in LMS.
Whatever happens in the final match of Davis cup, vd309, cryptofrka and I will earn 1 LMS point from question number 10. If Netherlands wins the Davis cup, el che and slaman29 will join us.

I want vd309 shares me what he is smoking Tongue
He is crushing everyone that comes in front of him!
56 points in LMS and counting, even Snake dreams could come crushing down.
Real mystery for me is hosseinimr93 who never paid a single rebuy yet and looking strong in this round Shocked

Poor Max. Why don't I feel sad for him? Wink I'm not even going to check the results this round until Trofo puts the official tables out. Just so disheartened by the first few picks (Monaco probably nailed it for me really, my coffin lid, that is). So long as Liverpool win, and United don't. I'll be home cozy regardless of BSFL (so I say). Then after that we meet Citeh, ha!
Dont give up buwa, I think you are going to win this one in the end, same as Max is winning F1 title this season Wink
