What a comeback from Zrinjski after being down 0-3 at half-time against AZ Alkmaar and wins the match 4-3!
I had "No" on this question so that secured me another point! 😁

congrats on this point
luck has turned back on me in this round, first Bayern in 90+2, now Zrinjski with 4 pieces from 4 shots being up from 0:3 (didn't watch the game, but pretty much impossible to see they had 35% possession and scored 4 goals, what was AZ doing, they could just had the ball rolling)

congrats on being up two points, if this finish as my loss, and Harkorede does not lose, slackovic does not win, with current points, we could have similar table as in first season:
1 buwaytress instead of Slissy at top
2 jeremypwr (as in season 1)
3 CLS63 (as in season 1)
4 Harkorede (as in season 1)
5 casperBGD (as in season 1)

Zrinjski vs AM Alkmaar is probably the most bullshit game that I've ever watched  Roll Eyes

They were up 3 goals by halftime then somehow lost the game which kinda feels unreal at this point. I watched the game until halftime adn thought that Im finally getting 1 point to have a decent chance of staying in division 1 but its just so dumb that they lost. Im down by 3 points right now and gotta congratulate @jeremypwr for this. Congrats mate  Smiley

Crazy Zrinjski game, incredible. My friend is from Mostar so we watched it together in parallel with Liverpool's game, I don't remember seeing anything like it before.
Zrinjski's xG was less than 1, they had a lot of luck in important moments but luck isn't enough to get into the history books.

I think this is the first European group game in Bosnian's history, and what a game it was.
To make the group even more crazy, Aston Villa lost as well.

Bayern set me down one point, didn't expected to see 4 goals, but as soon as Casemiro scored for 3:2, it was clear they will get another one

Slissy is up now, four different answers remain

looked at DOTA teams for first time, if I am not wrong, Team Spirit consist from 3 Russians and 2 Ukranians, congrats to them to hold, picked them to win the tournament
Thanks for Bayern saving me 😁 I was going to take Arsenal to win with a clean sheet but I changed my mind at the last second but luckily you had the same answer😂

@CLS63 you are indeed [rimed to take the title. I took some risks ad they haven't [aid off like in previous rounds. United are shit, but Bayern have actually not been a shining light in Bundesliga but I should have known United would give away at least 2 effortless goals.

What do you need to keep first place in this round and win the title?
Can you do it even with a point from draw, if cls63 wins his match, or you need to win to make sure?
Very interesting last round, and we dont know much except the winner of Division 2.

A draw should be enough. Unless I lose big and CLS covers the deficit heh. $ more different answers so I could theoretically lose this spectacularly... I'm not going to check anymore until Sunday. Hate you, Bayern.

Interesting that no one has three correct answers so far. It only shows how carefully the Cro2 duo selects the questions.

I just checked today's Europa league question and I hate it when I have the same answer to a H2H question as my opponent. It kind of takes the fun out of watching the games involved into that question. This time I checked carefully and both me and LTU_btc have the same "yes, yes, no, yes, no" answer on the Europa league question.

It'll be a quick round for both of us at this point and my answer for the Dota question isn't looking good as well due to both teams facing each other later today.  Embarrassed

I feel you're a favorite in DOTA, I submitted it and planned to use VAR there - if I did, I'd have the same answer as you.
I had construction work so I forgot to use it on time. I need Shopify not to reach the finals for a draw here - which I feel is doable.

Considering all our remaining questions will have a winner (one is H2H with 1 different team, 1 is 50-50 with different answers and 1 is DOTA), I can still easily lose or draw here.

That 4th goal from Bayern really saved my ass there otherwise I would have been down by 3 points by now if it was a hit. Well damn I can totally feel that relegation is already infront of me by now. Im not even confident with the rest of my picks after I recheck them Roll Eyes. I guess I'll settle with $100 freebets and quietly move to division 2 next season eh

That 4th goal from Bayern made me miss out on my first point, but it's fine since my bet on Bayern was also in danger when Man United almost forced a draw in the last few minutes of the match.  Grin

I'm 2-0 up in my duel, we have 3 different answers until the end. Team World win or Ajax's failure to win tomorrow brings me a huge victory. Won't open the champagne yet though..

What a crazy game between Bayern and United. Bayern could have scored 3 more goals easily, and United scored whenever they entered the Bayern's box.

mitchr4 has done a great job against buwaytress so far. However as long as I don't win in this round this result isn't important for me at all. On top of that in case I lose points I could go down to 3rd place all of a sudden as jeremypwr will win against arallmuus most probably. This would really be a horrible end for me.

Ahhhhh Igebotz, fuck i have the win on my hands for a few minutes..... shit. That late goal again of Bayern Munich. But well we have to say everything and the reality is only one and Bayern deserve to score much more goals before that.

It was a funny game, the 4-3 its pure bullshit Bayern can win easily by much more.

1. is maybe a 60-40 bet, but I wouldn't even take equal odds here - I don't bet on friendlies.
2. hahah, nice try. If Kane plays, he'll probably score 1 or 2. I'll take the bet if it's irrelevant how many minutes he'll play Grin

Haha,

I was just going with fact these questions were a game of probability and yeah, Trofo was actually spot on about it being friendlies, however a player like Ben Shelton could really use that on his resume.

2. Exactly my point too, I leaning towards that he would play because Bayern Munich doesn't look like a team that have found their rhythm yet, and still putting their pieces together, while Tuchel isn't Guardiola, and would like to convince the Bayern Munich's fans and board at large of what his team is all about and made of. I just needed an insurance policy knowing that Harry Kane could get injured or pick up a knock today, lol.

I had no idea Gvardiol got injured, so I was surprised to see him on the bench.

Gvardiol is injured? As a Croatian I had no idea about it. I was surprised to see him out of the lineup but as our medija didn't announce anything about him being injured, I thought it was just Pep giving other players a chance. Today all Croatian media is talking about Perisic's injury so I guess (and hope) that Gvardiol's injury is something minor.

I see that LTU_btc and I have the same answers for the rest of the UCL games so I guess I have to wait for the weekend to get the result on my side.

Laver cup is glorified exibition and we have seen many strange results in it over the years. Thing is Fritz will not play all the matches probably because players go there to have fun and not to win trophy. And then when it come to lower ranked players Team Europe should do better.

Must admit I am not 100% sure how matches get picked. i know I was surprised a lot of times in the past.

Yep, agreed on the exhibition thing.
I feel they pick the best last, because a win gives 1 point the first day, 2 points the 2nd day and 3 points the last day. A truly bizarre format.

1. The team world have only about two players I can consider to be an actual threat, If Rune had not withdrawn, now Tsitsipas too is the latest withdrawal news, I would have taken you on side bet by going for Team Europe. Taylor Fritz and Tommy Paul are the only players, I think I can vouch for on team World's lineup, meanwhile team Europe players are just plagued with injuries very recently too, especially ADF and Gael Monfils, but for a 1:2 to Odds, I'll take you on a sidebet for this, my 1 mBTC for your 2 mBTC...

2. Bayern Munich have quite a different rotation policy compared to Tottenham, however, if it's regarding fatigue and players tiredness I don't think such workload is something new to Harry Kane, and He's probably played more minutes than Bayern top two CF choices combined each year since Lewandowski left (that's not a fact I checked though, it's just, my presumption knowing Kane plays 90 minute every time he's available at Tottenham), so I'd still take a 1:1 sidebet on this for 1 mBTC, with only a clause that provided Kane plays at least 45 minutes, otherwise the bet is void  Cheesy

You know, it seems logical to see the full-strength lineup last night but I made my picks strictly based on how I felt Pep's always approached games. He likes to tinker, he likes to rest players, and he likes to rotate. How many times in seasons past have we felt how frustrating he's been not using players playing well and seemingly having favourites?

So I'm down a point, and because I thought I knew Pep too well.

That Bald tinker is something else entirely, my decision on both to start was simply because they're short on firepower De Bruyne, Grealish, Kovacic and Stones, just like some have already pointed out too.

Bald thinker was supposed to rest Alvarez and put Doku on the wide after his outstanding performance against West Ham, and Foden in the centre, but Pep can't be trusted. If he says yes, simply do the opposite.

I had no idea Gvardiol got injured, so I was surprised to see him on the bench.

Looking at Gvardiol on my FPL every week and knowing I'm getting any worthy returns from him is a huge pain, and I'd have tripled on Man City if not for that, but having to get Gvardiol out for a -4 point and another minus -4 point to bring in a City player in another position is not seeming a like risk worthy decision rn knowing I could bringing Alvarez now and then Guardiola does his thing again, besides we are probably 3 or thereabout game weeks before another international break, so I'm just looking to navigate through with the least negative impact possible.

I blame Trofo or cryptofrka (whoever was in charge of the first question) for losing the first point. The question was formed in a way that it was probable that Pep could rest Alvarez or Foden which didn't happen in the end. I know that one of you did that on purpose just to throw us off.
Cheap mafia tricks, but they did the same thing many times and not just in this round. Wink
I saw their possible replacement got injured so there was not a chance for coach resting both of them in this game.

I'm proud of 2 questions in this round - the Kane vs Guirassy one (Kane is playing today, Bayern's got an early kickoff game on Saturday so I don't expect him to play at all) and the tennis one - Europe has the better ranked players but team World has got more surface specialists.
