Anyway good thing cryptofrka backed  Djokovic  too Grin

I was actually going for Sinner, but he lost before the deadline.

Man, you were so lucky with Haaland today Grin
I had him to score, you had neither and realistically I'm trailing and should have been 1-0 up.

Huge day for you in our title race, we still have 4 different answers if I checked correctly so I still fancy my chances.

Had a gut feeling that neither would score too, phew what a sweat!!!  Grin Grin Grin

Holy heck, I just noticed that you guys both have 8/10 same answers including the H2H on basketball questions. Its either coincidence or you guys both have similar thought process

Yeah the tennis questions to me is always a crap shoot, always expect the unexpected indeed.

lol yeah its always the tennis' question that mostly gets unexpected results

So I guess this is it huh for the UCL, Pep is most likely going to lift UCL trophy with City. Finals is on 10th June and we are going to restart BSFL for the 2nd season on 5th so I kinda wonder what kind of question we are getting for UCL  Roll Eyes

Congratulations, CLS63- You have won this round! That was fast, I don't see this record being beaten in a long time, I was wrong to have gone with Real Madrid it was a massive gamble for me but I had to because I had already gone with Man City 2-1 in the Betnomi CL pool, I wanted to spread my legs to at least get one result. (At least i wont be checking spreadsheet after tonight.)

And big up to me for surviving relegation after a very difficult start to the season, Todd Boehly will be proud.

congratulations everyone I will use this 1-2 weeks break to relax, drink and gamble more Grin Grin

When it comes to Real Madrid you can never be sure until the end of the match. Don't forget about how they eliminated Manchester City in the previous season please. Smiley When we are against each other next season let's make a small bet. I'm really curious about the next match against each other after this many common answers.

Wow now Djokovic is out too, that tennis question was harder then expected.  Grin Grin Grin

he should retire at this point, hes becoming a disgrace ....

Yeah, perhaps he should, Federer saw the writings on the wall, Father time is undefeated.
Djokovic to retire - I hope you're kidding? He won AO, he is No.1 despite that he played in limited number of tournaments and now to retire? While Federer retired being 40 years old, 5 years older than Nole, barely able to play due to injuries.
Meanwhile Nadal won't play in Roland Garros - I'm afraid it's the end.

(and Wimbledon points were not counted to this 3200 points, due to last year no points at Wimbledon, because they didn't let Medvedev and Rublev compete (not sure about this year stance, dough))
They will be allowed to play this year.

This year they can compete. It was already a lot of talk about it, somebody complained that British tennis association crumpled way too soon under ATP pressure. I mean they have a point, it is not like situation in Ukraine is better now than it was last year. It is just not so prominent in press. Medvedev will be dangerous in Wimbledon as well.

Nah, Djoković  will start winning biggest tournaments very soon. He is just missing proper match fitness due to all the tournaments he missed because of covid regulations. And when he starts winning, it will be points galore since he does not hove much to defend.

agree that Djokovic will probably start winning, if not on RG, then Wimbledon is his point certainly
but he has to defend a lot of points till season end, almost the same as new no.1 Alcaraz (3200 points both), and lot more than Medvedev that is no.3 at the moment, who has 2000 points

he was not playing much last season, but have won almost all that he played (and Wimbledon points were not counted to this 3200 points, due to last year no points at Wimbledon, because they didn't let Medvedev and Rublev compete (not sure about this year stance, dough))

Djokovic so unreliable these days and I knew this would happen but chose to play it safe as everyone was most likely going to be backing the Serbian...Besides if not the Joker who was the best choice nobody Roll Eyes

Anyway better luck next time, and I see a RunX ( Rund or Rune)winning here...

Thought he had trouble with the Aussies when you talk about  covid, but for this competition he was the defending champion and should have played like it..anyway just have to accept that he won't win every time..

I don't agree that Djokovic is so unreliable because if you've not been playing at any competitive level consistently for a while, you can't expect anymore than this from him honestly, he looked really rusted especially in the first set, but it's just matter of time, if he should get to play a couple of tournament more consecutively, in no time he'd be back to his very best imo.

LE ☮︎ Halving es la purga
Well, seen what I've read in recent posts, everything indicates that despite everything to not be Cindy... it's not that I'm putting myself against the possibility of being Erica   Smiley  anyway despite everything there is hope to maintain the division 2.

I must say, today was when I really set as a priority to review Promotion/Relegation system very well.  Embarrassed

I went for them to win in regular time and for Haaland to get a goal and am really looking forward to the game tonight.
Definitely a final before the final.

That's where Rudiger comes in.... he did a fantastic job in the first leg, putting Halaand in his pocket, and the only way Halaand will be free is if Pep plays Alvarez behind him to give him enough freedom to attack in-between space.

Rudiger could be a world class for all we know, but then it will be practically impossible for Rudiger to stop him, Guardiola chose to go with a very conservative approach in the first leg and Haaland wasn't playing those forwards to spread the field for other players to operate, he was more efficient with defensive duties, and helping the defensive line too during every set piece.

It is going to be a very different approach tonight, Real Madrid might get a goal or two but Man City would advance in regular time, and went with neither Haaland nor Benzema to score, but I'd hate either team getting a penalty as that'd be the easiest way for either player.

Don't know if anybody but me expected this but I have Rune from that part of the draw Smiley Only mad at myself for just putting money on Rune +1.5 sets instead of a win. That was odds around 1.8 and win was much better but I opted for what I considered much more certain bet.

NIce one Trofo, can imagine Rune's win odds were pretty high if you had got it. But safe is always the better play at times. Grin Grin

with all said, I expected better match from Milan, but they are pathetic, so maybe it is just me expecting much from some low level teams, that are in SF by chance

I also expected much more from Milan. I can't believe that they played four games against Inter without scoring a single goal! And we are not talking about any club. Milan is the fifth in the Serie A!

Only 10 people, including myself, accurately predicted the correct result of the Milan match, to be honest. The current form of Milan needs adjustments in the forward lines because they could only manage a single shot in their match last night against Inter. It would be exciting if this issue is addressed before the start of the upcoming season.

That was my ticket from last night, and I don't know if I'll be lucky tonight in the match against Real Madrid:

I believe that the result of today's Real Madrid match will be the deciding factor between me and my opponent, especially if BEN manages to score a goal.
