Invalid according to electrum, make sure its absolutily clear what the message is. Invisible characters are also important. E.g. in your case, are the two line breaks part of the message? (I tried with both, with only one and without, they all failed). I would also suggest putting your name and the current date in the message.

The administrator requires a signed message in the format requested to recover accounts. Get a wallet that allows you to sign messages (I recommend Electrum) or you will lose the account if it is hacked.
