only their high fives are given to companies that have guidelines so you have to wait for the stake.com team. To provide an explanation, this modus operandi of suspicion is very difficult for you.

I do not know if they can consider well-documented crypto earnings notarized by a lawyer as a source of income.  @OP had you tried this approach?
Unfortunately they have "only" scammed $300 according to him, I don't know where he's living but a lawyer is likely to cost him half of this price at least, without any guarantee that Stake will accept it at the end.

They show people winning million dollars and they are scamming me for $300. Maybe those promos and social media posts are fake and big fraud is going on.

They have guidelines on which to accept as valid proof of fund .  For cryptocurrency, it is mining that is acceptable.  It is stated here: https://help.stake.com/en/articles/5328395-acceptable-documents-for-source-of-funds.
As we can see their so called guidelines don't belong to their ToS, and can only be found in their "help" section. They don't seem to be even fixed since they obviously can be updated at anytime without notice by a random guy of their company, not CEO.
On top of that they freely state to "reserve the rights to request any document they might need", that is to say while they take the right to only accept documents mentioned on this extra ToS list, they also take the right to require documents not mentioned on the list.
It must be a joke.

strange.. so anything other than mining funds can't be used to gamble at stake?  Undecided

don't get me wrong, I too find their "acceptable documents for proof of funds" a little ridiculous, but then again, those rules are on their ToS and you did agree to it when you registered an account on their gambling site and they expect you to follow it. it is a shitty situation that I think you can't really win.
Where those rules are mentioned in their ToS precisely ? Are you able to quote the exact passage please? Because AFAIK it's false, it's not written anywhere in their ToS and it shows the common argument uses against customers to lock/steal their funds, "It's written in the ToS you've accepted" is just some BS to scam people without any fairness and honesty.

They don't consider funds earned from mini tasks and other ways like selling bounty tokens as legal. I don't understand why and how I provide them with the proof they think is valid. I am also level 3 verified and they said usually level 2 is enough.

I am overall in loss as well  Cry

They don't deem the money earned from mini tasks, bounties, telegram giveaways as legal

Have you asked them what they will do with your funds they consider as illegal? If they keep them they are doing concealment of proceeds from illegal activities and money laundering, which is a crime anywhere, even at Curacao. Have you asked them why they are doing a bounty campaign here where funds are directly sent to account participants at their casino (unlike all other campaigns) if they really think it's illegal BTW ?

it's most likely because you haven't given them the proof of funds(that they deem valid) that they have been asking from you seven months ago. at this point, they have probably deemed the case closed as the gambler failed to provide the documents that they asked from you, that's why they aren't responding to your emails.

I do small tasks like writing, and designing and get crypto for that and I used that money to deposit and play. I don't understand how to provide the proof of funds. Assume you use your signature campaign earnings to gamble and it's not a valid proof of fund for them, then you will forfeit your money to them?

ALL post on social media about gamblers winning hundreds or thousands and even millions are all real, nothing is fake buddy, I have a close friend who have won close to $500,000 from stake in total since he started playing there, it's been like over 3 years now, he has never had any issue with his account or with his withdrawals being processed, one time, he won over $10,000 and wanted to withdraw, he was asked to kyc which he did, after that, it's been a smooth ride for him for over 3 years now...

Like every other persons have said, mistakes most gamblers make is neglecting or not abiding by the terms and conditions of the casino, if you breach it, they have the right to suspend your account, and you must provide whatever they ask, else, your account won't be restated, this is far different from being scammed.

That's unlikely that they are going to do that, it's never the amount if you break their TOS or you cannot provide the documents they are asking they are not going to reinstate your account and allow your withdrawal, the community always reminds you all players to read the TOS.

It's your guide to having a good standing while playing on Stake and it's not only Stake only casinos have these in their terms if you break the rules or you can not provide documents your account will be suspended whether it's $1 million or $100, it applies to all.

As it is a long time but you haven't got any response from them you should re-email them with as many details as you have and wait for the response from them. Please don't spam if you spam then they will ignore and if they ignore then your message will be turned into spam and if it turned into spam then you will have no chance to get any response from them.

So sorry about your experience mate but stake casino is a reputable casino running for a long time here. Not only that it is a big casino well known in the gambling space and featuring super stars, celebrity, athletes etc, I was wondering what your offense could be for them to have suspended your account. Anyways, you would have to sort it out with them as they have their representative to answer to their fans and registered members.

I will advise you of you have not done it to post the link of this thread on their official announcement thread so the representative could see it and respond to your complaints urgently. With this, you could get the attention you deserve from the stake casino.

They have not replied to my emails for 6 months and more  Embarrassed

Like I opined initially, pm their representative here with your complaints via the link above or the copy the link to this thread and post on their official announcement thread for their representative and others to see and give you the urgent attention by calling to the attention of stake casino to urgently attend to your complaints. That's all. There you can explain yourself better.

Thank you so much, I have put a message in their thread also.

Interesting fine handed down by the Gambling Commission this morning for something I see complained about a lot.
TonyBet requested ID docs when people withdrew winnings, having not done so when they made deposits. Fined £442,750...

About time as well.

"TonyBet also told winning punters their cash could be confiscated
if they did not provide anti-money laundering documentation within 30 days.
While the business demanded that winners went through such hurdles to collect,
the commission found it failed to conduct adequate risk assessments of the business
being used for money laundering and terrorist financing, or put controls in place to stop such activity.

Nick Goff, a professional sports bettor and former industry professional, said:
“It is long overdue that firms were punished for this practice.
It has been happening routinely at a lot of firms for a few years now
."

Stake have covered their asses should cases like this come before any regulatory body.

Or they may very well think they have:

The UK license for stake.uk.com isn't held by Stake.  It's registered to TGP Europe.
https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register/business/detail/domain-names/38898

This insulates Stake.com from any breaches of licensing, while protecting stake.uk.com from the Antics and abuses of Stake.com
