they pick on each other and have fun harassing customers. typical mutt behavior Grin.in principle, some countries in Europe introduce a deposit threshold of around 200-500 euros.in order to increase the threshold of the deposit limit, you must prove that you have an income. and then they determine how much more you have the right to deposit. but at least you are sure that you can withdraw with verification before deposit

It's a common verification process if
1) you are playing with larger quantity of crypto, or
2) Suspected abusing their promotions like a bonus hunter, or
3) Possible exploiting of loopholes in their games with multiple accounts
4) Huge withdrawal immediately after a big win.

When you provide your KYC, make sure you are consistent with the ID you provide. i.e. if you use ID card to do KYC in Binance, don't use a different ID like passport in  Stake.com. Proof of funds will most likely include a visible bank statement with your name on your provided ID. It usually works for me.
Do read through their terms and condition if you want to be sure this never happens again.

What are you talking about? Are you just posting to increase your posts ?
He is not talking about kyc he already passed it. He is talking about proof of funds and he is clearly deposited by Crypto . So he must show a proof of his Crypto source
What a bank statment will have to do with that ?

so it is not clear to me why they are causing problems for users who have been verified.
According to him, they want him to prove the source of the funds, so they are under looking all his other KYC documents he has provided before, including proof of address. I have seen this kind of thing before, and it's a tedious process.

I hate all the process of proving anything and KYC, that why I don't use casinos

I believe that the automatic systems used by many online casinos to prevent abuses have a very high percentage of false detections, but it seems that this is the only way they can protect themselves. However, the OP says that he is verified at level 3 (I assume that is the max level), so it is not clear to me why they are causing problems for users who have been verified.

Personally, I have nothing against casinos, but if I want to play, I still choose physical casinos or sports bookmakers.

Even if OP is not interested anymore as long as this thread is still open with no action coming from Stake.com, it will still become a reference for similar issues in the future, all unresolved issues on any casino are references for similar accusations whether OP or Stake do not take action on this it will still show up here, and worse gets a bump from time to time.

I don't really understand how we can accuse someone of making too much noise around his case and not being enough active at the same time. But he has just opened 2 threads for now, one here and another one in the gambling section. You don't think it's a very concerning issue for crypto users using this casino and they need to be informed about it to avoid losing their funds in the same way? If people can't talk here about scammy practices they undergo from crypto casinos I wonder what should they talk about? Moreover I don't think we can blame him for not being active while nobody from Stake has bothered to comment about his very concerning claims till now.

without an update on the current state of this case, any discussion is just speculation.
We cannot blame either side because they are not active here, but we still don't know if they have resolved this dispute. OP, if he really wants to solve this matter, he should have been more active here and helped put pressure on Stake. it would not be the first time that such pressure helps in resolving disputes.
he did not even present all the evidence.

prove to them the funds came from your Binance account.

Send them a video of the process you take to log into your account (Obviously, hide your sensitive log in credentials) and then show them you withdrawal history to their stake address.

You could as well ask them how you should prove

He is not active after this last post, it seems as if he has accepted the reality that he doesn't have enough arguments and so on.
he opened the same discussion in another place Stake.com does not deem crypto earnings as legal, but I did not see that he participated in it later. I am not even sure that he is interested in the result of this noise that he tried to create around the Stake casino.

Is there any update on your issue, if they asked you then provide something don't make up a story just to please them, based on your post there's nothing here that deserves your account to be banned we never know the whole story it's your version someone from Stake should counter this, Stake is one of the oldest casinos in the industry if they have that in their terms that they only accept mining as a legal source then we'll have more people coming here with similar issues, there has to be a deep issue or OP cannot or do not know w to address that terms, since he posted it here and glad he does he should continue to provide where the funds come even if it not coming from mining and see if they will make an exception.

I am verified level 3 but I don't know how to provide proof of funds and why they need it?

which coin exactly did you transfer to Stake, is it USDT perhaps? and how much time has passed since the deposit?
Also is everything fine with your Binance account? There is no country ban or something like that.

edit: did you use the funds for the game or do you just want to withdraw? they have a policy of not allowing their casino to be used as a mixing service. is that what it is about?

I have deposited LTC and sometimes other coins and have mostly lost them all. My account was suspended suddenly even when I had made no withdrawal

Yes my Binance account is good but to deposit at stake i use trustwallet so it should not be a problem

You already had an existing thread in the gambling section if there is a locked fund its right that you open an accusation, but if it's only about verification of proof of funds then you should lack this thread and let the other thread continue, you have to be honest on the source of your fund, I read n your other thread that they only accept earnings from mining, which is not reasonable since there are a lot of ways to make money on Cryptocurrency that one can use to gamble, hopefully, you can ask them to accept your other source of income besides mining.

Very weird case, they sent you an email saying you are "suspected" to have breach their terms of service without any explanation, after that they've asked you highly private documents without legitimate reasons and once you've provided them they refused them saying they are not valid for them according to your post in the Gambling section.
It's sad and shocking to say that's a common modus operandi from scammy casinos. Shady casinos like 1xbit would do the same thing unfortunately. If they found you cheating why they don't just tell it and cancel your winnings?

Fast contact but no transaction: t.me/shasan32
It is saying withdrawal only mode but I cannot even cashout my money  Huh
For now, you should just wait for the response of the team of stake.com Hopefully think you will get a response from them and there might have a solution from them. And at that time all functions might be enabled for you by the account management team at stake. Now I think there is no other alternative except waiting.

I have emailed them but my friend suggested I should ask here as they do not reply to emails
It is great that you have already contacted them. I think they will reach you and there will have a good solution for you. You have created scam accusations. You should create this type of accusation only after you got scammed or there is a chance that you may get scammed or someone may lose funds in the future.

Sorry I was suggested by a friend, I am not accusing stake I love them

You have to give them time to respond to your message mate, they are human too, not robots. Until you feel like they have refused to resolve the issue, then that's when you can open an accusation.

Stunna can also help you but only message him, but only contact him if the support has taken a couple of days without replying you.
