Hi all,

I spent (and lost) thousands of dollars and hours playing Stake casino.  As a player, I don't have the tools to verify whether Stake is rigged or not but as a long time gambler you get a sixth sense when highly improbable results happen over and over again, especially when there is a high-value bet.

THIS IS WARNING TO ALL CRYPTOCURRENCY GAMBLERS, THERE IS A HIGH LIKELIHOOD STAKE USES AN ALGO TO SCREW PLAYERS WHO PLACE HIGH-VALUE BETS.  THEIR PUBLISHED HOUSE EDGE IS NOT REAL.  I THINK THIS IS TRUE OF MOST CRYPTOCURRENCY CASINOS BECAUSE THE ARE MOSTLY UNREGULATED.  OF COURSE, THIS IS JUST MY OPINION.

My best experience thus far has been with Earnbet Casino.

i have provide a lot of proof something happaned

and that they made up 3 stories

primedice.com owns stake.com

primedice has been here since 2013 i think.

stunna(owner) is one of the most respected people in crypto gambling

they make good money by providing a excellent service.

they don't have to scam.

sorry for your loss,

wow i love how much you aginst logic. instead of using logic you use bs.

theres so many things wrong with this story its not funny

first the would have withdrawls the .031

second they would not have bet the exacat same amount as i did before and double till they lost on same game at same time

no you know the chance someone does that ?
its so small its a joke if someone really had hacked my account there is no chance they would not withdrawl

theres no chance they would do exact same bet as me as same time then just doudlbe up untill i lost because thagts only good for the caisno

are people gulliable???

like really just think about it stakes only thing is they have a good rep so they must be telling the truth?

lol when it such a bs story its not funny

and it was not not the first story

or even the second story they told me

first they tired to say i made the bets

then they said i must have clicked auto bet byaccident antoher impossible thing if you know anything about stake

now the cliam someone hacked it and i agree if someone did and stole my money it would be my fault

but thats not what happened because there is sevral reasons it bs

Greetings!

We are truly sorry that you had such an unpleasant incident on our site, but as my colleague suggested in your conversation, you should have changed your password immediately and enabled 2fa. When you change password, the system automatically logs you out, that is, it disallows you to anything on account until you log in again with that new password.

As for 2fa protection, it adds yet another layer of protection to your account that makes it impossible for anyone who doesn't have access to that code to log in to account. You have to be careful there as well and make sure that no one can access that code, except you.

I hope you understand that we cannot secure your account, but rather provide you ways in which you can secure it. Now, it is up to you whether you will do it and to which degree. You can always reach us out and consult us about that. If you are block on the support chat, feel free to send us an email whenever you wish to: [email protected] (We never block someone from Live chat unless we have a really good reason.)

I see that you were wondering how come that someone just played on your account and not withdrew? Well, I don't know what your balance was at that moment, but it could have been less than the minimum needed for a withdrawal, so that person kept playing hoping that they will earn enough to withdraw. Again, this is just a guess because I don't know how much you had on your balance then.

Sure there are ways to play different games at the same time: you can open multiple tabs on either same or different browser; you can also play on multiple devices at the same time which IPs differ, you can play on different browsers one which you use VPN, and so on.

Kindly note that we are not responsible if you click on some suspicious link which can/will steal your credentials. For your account and device security, you are the only one responsible.

If I missed to mention or explain something, please let me know and I will do it as soon as possible.

Kind regards

It is indeed possible to play different games at the same time, it is also possible to play 1 game in some different tab of our browser. I used to do it when there is a challenge to hunt something. I think that his case was an accident where he clicked the autobet of one game then open a new tab for a new game but he forget the early game as he focus on betting manually on the new game.
But since the support says that his account was compromised and someone was able to access it, so I believe the support was not just guessing. There must be a data to show that his account was accessed by different IP.

It is not hard for someone to alter the IP through VPN and bet through other device. With lack of evidence it comes to conclusion that the account is compromised. Can't think of any reason for stake to scam someone selectively.

I tried to test something that if a user is able to play two games at a time and it did. So it is also possible that you were playing both the games all along. One at one device and slots on another device.

This is the first complaint against Stake.com I am both a player and a subscriber of their newsletter and they do have a good reputation, they are right in saying that you should secure your account if you are going to play with a big amount, I don't think they will refund you because there is a loophole in your account.

lol it was not a hacker there lying

think aobut the events someone hacked my account and then not withdrawl

instead they bet right when i was betting???

So of all the users they decided you to scam. Any proof that there was no hacking involved in it and yet someone from stake did it?

If it were true then we would be hearing lots of stories about stake scamming like this.

The screenshot is pretty clear. It's your responsibity to secure your account(s) and device(s).

They also recommended you to enable 2FA, something you should have done the moment you created your account >> Always secure your accounts with 2FA where money is involved.

I can't call this a scam and I don't think the casino should refund your loss, as it's your responsibility. If there was a leak on the website or whatever, then it would be a different story and more players would have encountered this issue.

If I were you, I would start changing passwords on all my accounts on the internet and also enable 2FA on them.

Yeah pretty strange that someone would hack the account simply to play the balance and not cash-out the second they got it the account.
Maybe their representative on CR will come here to shed some light on the situation.

Im believe that is was an accident with you.. maybe clicked or you hit the start autoplay with your keyboard "who knows".
If your account hacked.. your password account must be changed instead betting.

lol you work for stake or just sig scammer???

i already showed you its impossile to have been a mistake by me its physically impossible either read or stop spamming
I know how you feel but it is our responsibility as a gambler to secure our account,
And to be honest I know your frustration but the site wouldn't really give back your money since it wasn't their fault.
They have a good reputation and their site always offer to give you 2fa to secure their gamblers account and they have given you an honest answer on what happened.

A bit of a strange answer from them claiming someone hacked your account and was playing at the same time as you .

Could you post some screenshots of the conversation with support ?    Stake has a good reputation and I'm not sure why they would tarnish it over a small amount of btc.

sure i got some screesnhots BEFORE THEY BLOCKED MY OFF CHAT
