A bit of a strange answer from them claiming someone hacked your account and was playing at the same time as you .
Could you post some screenshots of the conversation with support ? Stake has a good reputation and I'm not sure why they would tarnish it over a small amount of btc.

I was playing on stake.com I was up for the day and was making some bets.
So i stared with single bet of .0008 on baccart. I won and left the game to play slots.
Now this is where the scam starts.
While i was playing slots in the background someone reason my balance was auto betted away . At the exact same time i was manually betting the slots. Now this is very important because its not even possible for me to be doing two things at the same time even.
Now so background info you might think maybe i hit auto bet?
well its impossible. for you to autobet you have to click on the auto bet tab. then i would have to push increase bets on loss and then type in 100% and then click bet. Its not something you can do byaccidnet.
Also have never once done baccart autobet ever.
Now i was trying to be fair and I contacted stake support.
The first thing they said was its impossible and we dont care and wont look into it. Once I explained how it was physically impossible for me to do it they then tried to say oh then it was a accident by me.
As i have showed you above its impossible.
Now they have come up with new laughable story.
Someone hacked my account.
now instead of withdrawing my balance or even trying to withdrawl my balance.
They bet it away in the same game i was playing for the same amount just doubled till i lost??
yes anyone would see this story does not make sense at all.
So i said thats fine if your so sure those bets where because of a hacked account refund me. They said no its all my fault so there going to keep the money.

I only posted this after giving them a chance to clear it up for real but now they have dug themselves a real hole with what seem to be lies to cover there own butts.
Now i joined stake.com because they have s great sportsbook and casino. But this is ether a big scam by them or b a tech error there trying to use to steal from my account and just want to keep the money.
