Hey guys,

We have temporally disabled ETH deposits due to big portion of them not being credited automatically.

We are working on a fix and we shall have ETH deposits enabled again soon.

In the mean time please refresh the site and if you have already made deposits in ETH which are not credited please contact our support team and it will be sorted out.

Thank you.

I asked this before in the PD thread and got a lot of bad responses to it but I feel I can suggest it again.

Why don't you guys just enable USDT tether.

Basically with the huge swings in Bitcoin price the tether would make more sense. You already have the BTC blockchain synced so adding Tether shouldn't be any more work.

Some people here in BitcoinTalk don't like Tether because it is not decentralized and its tied to banks, it is a philosophy thing. Of course, if the players are interested in Tether, I'm sure the it will be added in the future.

Some users have reported their ethereum deposits not crediting, we're aware of the issue and will be manually pushing any stuck ones and should have this issue resolved entirely today. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Isn't it wallet-related problem? I read in the FAQs of the wallet I'm using that "Transactions sent from smart contracts are structured differently than those sent from externally-owned ETH accounts. Because of this, some external ETH wallets are not able to pick up transactions from smart contracts", most of my friends with the same concern is using the same wallet/exchange (coins.ph). I tried to deposit using ShapeShift and it was credited immediately, so I assume this is wallet-related problem.

That should be fine, our ETH blocks were falling out of sync for some reason.

Any chances of currencies like byeballs getting induced to the site? What qualifications aare you people looking for in a coin to be accepted on PD?

Are you just interested in the public interest of the coin or do you realize the potential this coin has?

We're mainly focusing on coins that our users are most interested in and probably won't be adding tons of altcoins but we remain open to coins which have significant merit.

Hi, BitcoinTalk community. I understand that I have no option but to wait. However now that this issue seems to be affecting at least four other users, I thought I'd post this to make you aware of the ongoing deposit/withdrawal issues at Stake. In summary, I withdrew bitcoin on May the 11th and have yet to receive my withdrawal or credit for it. The link is the extent of my conversing with support about the problem.

https://imgur.com/a/d33CycE

At this point, I'll admit I'm somewhat concerned as some other users have been instructed that they needed to "wait for an admin to log on" only to find themselves in the position of being told the same thing later on. While my and one other user's issues are related to bitcoin (the other user is having a deposit delay problem), most of the others are associated with ETH.

The website received a big update: a new theme and a new coin (ETH), and caused some delays on some withdraws and deposits.
Keep contacting the support to get updates about it.

Sure, that's the best option to do. Adding tons of altcoins wont give significant effects to the site as not all people are willing to gamble with it especially if their main purpose of having the coins is for long term holding. Adding 5 biggest altcoins such as eth, ltc, bch, etc should be more than enough for a gambling site.
