is there a Stake.com representative covering this thread that I can contact privately in regards to an ongoing KYC issue with my account?
You have gotten your answer from ryzaadit, there are indeed stake representatives whom you can contact on this forum ranging from their signature campaign managers to the manager of this community, but like you've been told, no body will likely respond to you if your case is just all about having issues with kyc, it's better and even more convenient for you to contact them through their website, they respond pretty quick, so i personally see no reason why you should not prefer reaching out to them there  instead of here.

This is a most common case.

IMO, they're not gonna to respond in here unless is a big-case and the user exposed the case to the public by creating a thread. You can always contact their support on support center site.

They respond on there, rather than in here.

Stake is giving him the benefits here as he is an old user of the casino. Germany wasn't in the restricted countries list of Stake from the beginning, they have added it later. That's why they are giving green signal to him. But it can't be used as a reference for the new user who lives in Germany now and recently created an account on Stake. The old users should take the permission from the support to use it as a reference to avoid problems in the upcoming days.

Exactly, you bring it to the point.
That's what I already explained before as well.
Existing users can continue using stake but new accounts, since MKY is mandatory now, get rejected right after creating the account I think. And if they use false info while creating, latest as veri number 2 or 3 they will get caught and risk to lose it all. Not worth it.

I don't really want to like my profile here to my stake account, as I am also critical of stake.
And, I didn't ask my host about VPN , but I guess that's self explanatory. How else would hundreds of players from Germany be able to log in.

I just realized that the slot game at the stake casino uses my local currency, usually I open a stake just playing crash, dice or other simple games, but I just opened the slot game and it turns out it uses local currency, I'm happy to be able to bet with a nominal amount very minimal

This is one of the best features in Stake which is not available in many competitors, I know one other casino with similar system but still not as popular as Stake.
Although basically this system will let you bet smaller in few providers only especially Pragmatic, it will be nice if we can bet as small as possible in all providers.
But of course there should be an agreement from the provider first because maybe most providers do not want to serve to low bet amounts in their game as it may affect their server.
Just my 2 cents.

It's sad when I have to repeat myself because people don't read the whole story.
My account is VERIFIED, with my GERMAN ADDRESS. So stake is well aware who I am and I don't hide anything. They even advise people to use VPN if you are geo restricted, Eddie said that several times on stream.
I think I will change my address with stake at some point soon, but only if it's not too much work.

Every user from Germany now uses VPN, since some months you cant log in from a German IP anymore. And stake knows they have hundreds if not thousands of players from Germany. None of those players gets banned but they are all online and active (as you can see in German chat on stake).
I'm sorry to make you repeat but quotes were snipped and I haven't checked all of them.
Yes, you are right, you can't access 99% of casinos from Germany but that's really strange if Stake advices people to use VPN because their ToS says otherwise, it's written on Stake.com:
Quote
14.4 The attempt to manipulate your real location through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar services or through the provision of incorrect or misleading information about your place of residence, with the intent to circumvent geo-blocking or jurisdiction restrictions, constitutes a breach of Clause 5 of this Terms of Service.
But there is the question, Stake tells me it's okay to abuse their Terms in this case but what if I win a lot and try to withdraw and then they'll tell me that I abuse their Terms and they won't let me to withdraw? I want it to be clear.

Yesterday I actually spoke to my VIP host getting some answers.
I told her I am living abroad and if possible want to change my address to avoid possible future complication because of Germany being on the restricted region list.

She told me, no need to worry, it's all good. If I want to update the address I could but at the moment there is no need for that. Apparently being from Germany, even though the TOS state otherwise, is no problem.

Kind of strange but if the support says so...

@AHOYBRAUSE could you attach an screenshot for all because this would help all German user’s who’re using VPN and I hope someone from team Stake can clarify their stand here on this. Lastly this is a baffling situation because casinos don’t usually allow this and Stake is violating their own rule but till user’s who use VPN get paid it won’t be a big issue however when Stake doesn’t pay citing VPN use it’ll be a big issue.

Yeah Stake.com has implemented it 2 years ago and Stake is not the only one because other casinos also implement it, IDR, INR, PHP, KRW and JPY is a local currency added from the Asian region the reason is of course that Stake.com has many active players from that country, it seems like you have been away from this casino for too long. IDR is the most attractive in my opinion because you can have fun playing with the buy spin feature for only $1.3  on the Pragmatic provider.

Yea, I found that out when people were competing in the Daily Slot challenges and the winners started to post winning bets with amounts that were lower than the required amount in the challenge.

I then figured out that I can play my favorite Pragmatic Slots with lower amounts that it normally allows you to play with other currencies. Why is this the case with IDR and not with the other currencies?

I never knew these Streamers bet on "demo" mode... I always thought they were funded by casinos and that they are playing with real money, but not their own money.  Roll Eyes This must have been a mistake or just some "testing" that he has done, because most streamers that I have watched ..has used the "real" money option.  In any way... "real" casino money or "demo" monopoly money are the same.... it's fake!
It's certain that there are streamers who can be funded by the casino for what they are playing. It's the same with my thoughts – But regardless of what money they used, real or demo funds for sure some of us enjoyed watching those casino streamers. We all know that they are doing this to encourage us to gamble, even though they always say "do not gamble you will lose" -Trainwreckstv.

If a casino sponsored a streamer and later they used their own money to play the games, they will still display it in the social media for people to watch it. And all will still go back to the advertisement of the casino. And there is no big deal of watching streamers displaying their talents. They they are in most time are deceptive because what you see from the streamer might not happen on real game. But they are do it attract.more customers to the site.

Watching some streamers for fun purposes since their games played is quiet entertaining and especially if they are communicating to their audiences. But we should not follow always their advice if there's given since we all know that what they do is some can't be followed by anyone even if they told what method they do since execution of bets may somehow became different plus luck factors plays important role with that.

If they advertise some casino then its fine that's how they survive their channels since if they didn't get paid promotions for sure those entertaining streamers will not last long in that industry so its up to us if we do our own research to know what kind of casino they advertise and how legitimate the words they say by saying some nice words for them.
Entertainment streamers will eventually get a lot less time because it is not something that would be a lot more interesting to that point. Which is why I believe that we are going to do a lot more with famous people, like how Drake is streaming about gambling at stake for example, which makes more sense because you would want to watch Drake gamble with millions.

I once saw him bet 900k per bet on roulette for example, no streamer in the world would be able to bet that much on anything at all. This is why those entertainment streamers will get less and less, and famous people will realize this is a way they can make money, not by gambling, but by streaming their gambling they could become ambassadors and profit.

Yap think the same thing.

IMO, even they're advice, influencers, and some people who already tried. I'm still not gonna recommend this way, even a user not from a restricted country still can get shit happens.

I still can't imagine, while people who broke T&C and in the future can get some problem because of these.

Yesh when I used VPN I mostly used the same one, just not to get any trouble. But after stopping using a VPN I logged in from 3 different countries within 10 days, without VPN. I was in Japan then Hong Kong and some days later Taiwan and didn't bother to use VPN. Nothing happened of course.

I expexted them to maybe contact me "for security reasons" because of the many different IPs but it seems there is no security in place for cases like this.

Be careful with gambling and VPN usage. If you are from a country where Stake is banned and you use a VPN to bypass that restriction, in case you will be asked for KYC documents, be ready that they'll lock your account because of violating Clause 5 of their Terms of Service.
Also, when you use a VPN, if you want to feel secure, don't use shared IPs because there is a chance someone may log in Stake with the IP address that VPN granted to you and if you log in too, then Stake will detect that there are two or more accounts using the same address and it's against their Terms of Service to use more than one account per IP. So, it's better to use a VPN with dedicated IP.

By the way, I think (I am not 100% sure) you can be okay with VPN usage if you are not from a restricted country and if you don't connect to a VPN server that's located in restricted country. To my mind, according to their ToS, they don't tolerate VPN when you try to bypass restrictions. But to be honest, when you know that casino will ask you for KYC documents in case you win big, what's the point of using a VPN? You'll have to reveal your identity and address, so, hiding of IP address will mean absolutely nothing in this case. But if you create an account and deposit small with the aim and intention to spend all of them, this is the case where I would risk.

It's sad when I have to repeat myself because people don't read the whole story.

Frankly speaking I do not like to watch streamers but I did watch few times but most of them were just short clip. I do not really care about what kind of money they are using especially if the streamers are known to be affiliated with specific casinos. I watched them for entertainment purpose only because I like to watch big wins on slot games. I have to agree that their main purpose is to advertise the casino, this is what people (viewers) needs to understand.
