Yep, you are right. I was a bit confused between the Christmas celebration and the Birthday celebration. We had received the monthly bonus twice during the Christmas celebration. But there was a post-monthly bonus during Stake 5th Birthday month, it was sent on the 25th day of August.

And it's not just always during the birthday of stake but it's like a regular program that they're making. Before anything else, happy 6th birthday to stake and team.

Also the promotion of $10m Birthday Race is a good one and there is no special requirement to enter in it. The top 5000 top racers will get the prizes. So indeed there is something to be won by almost everyone who gambles regularly on stake.

Can't say about others but the community who regularly play at stake are really happy about the promotions in this birthday month

I remember either second or third was the most special one because even eddie was around, stunna this stunna that, everyone talked about the amazingness of the website and we just got a ton of giveaways, it wasn't some "be a rich person and win 1 million dollars for gambling here" type of deal, it was for all of us, we were all getting something big and we all won something. After that, they realized we do not matter, and stop caring for us, and only work for the rich people at stake to be happy.

Don't get your hopes up too high...

We expected a big Birthday bash during the Weekend Stream and that did not happen... and apart from the $10 000 000 Birthday race and 1 or 2 - $10 Birthday drops... nothing spectacular happened.

Stake.com used to make a huge thing out of events like this, but lately these events are watered down in comparison to what they did in the past. You can dump millions into marketing ....trying to find new "blood" .....but you also have to look after your existing customers or they will leave and find greener pastures. Roll Eyes

Just my guess but of the two sites I would've guessed that Kick with its backend relying on 3rd party company agreements would not be the site to retain of the two. Capital investment is relative to risk so if I owned an entire operation vs a product model which relies on the structure and pricing variable by a 3rd party I would consider that 2nd site to be the more risky of the two. I imagine they keep both as complimentary and that works out, providing server services probably carries on also but I'd still be aware things can vary if I dont own that part of a site's provision.
Competition is always a good thing, kick vs twitch is probably going to be of benefit to the consumer. There is probably a legal dynamic about whether its ok to give any bias to twitch because of its ownership relationship etc. Kick has a long way to go before its treading on any toes surely, they must fight the disadvantages of being the smaller operation first.
