It's sad when I have to repeat myself because people don't read the whole story.
My account is VERIFIED, with my GERMAN ADDRESS. So stake is well aware who I am and I don't hide anything. They even advise people to use VPN if you are geo restricted, Eddie said that several times on stream.
I think I will change my address with stake at some point soon, but only if it's not too much work.

Every user from Germany now uses VPN, since some months you cant log in from a German IP anymore. And stake knows they have hundreds if not thousands of players from Germany. None of those players gets banned but they are all online and active (as you can see in German chat on stake).
I'm sorry to make you repeat but quotes were snipped and I haven't checked all of them.
Yes, you are right, you can't access 99% of casinos from Germany but that's really strange if Stake advices people to use VPN because their ToS says otherwise, it's written on Stake.com:
Quote
14.4 The attempt to manipulate your real location through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar services or through the provision of incorrect or misleading information about your place of residence, with the intent to circumvent geo-blocking or jurisdiction restrictions, constitutes a breach of Clause 5 of this Terms of Service.
But there is the question, Stake tells me it's okay to abuse their Terms in this case but what if I win a lot and try to withdraw and then they'll tell me that I abuse their Terms and they won't let me to withdraw? I want it to be clear.

Yesh when I used VPN I mostly used the same one, just not to get any trouble. But after stopping using a VPN I logged in from 3 different countries within 10 days, without VPN. I was in Japan then Hong Kong and some days later Taiwan and didn't bother to use VPN. Nothing happened of course.

I expexted them to maybe contact me "for security reasons" because of the many different IPs but it seems there is no security in place for cases like this.

Be careful with gambling and VPN usage. If you are from a country where Stake is banned and you use a VPN to bypass that restriction, in case you will be asked for KYC documents, be ready that they'll lock your account because of violating Clause 5 of their Terms of Service.
Also, when you use a VPN, if you want to feel secure, don't use shared IPs because there is a chance someone may log in Stake with the IP address that VPN granted to you and if you log in too, then Stake will detect that there are two or more accounts using the same address and it's against their Terms of Service to use more than one account per IP. So, it's better to use a VPN with dedicated IP.

By the way, I think (I am not 100% sure) you can be okay with VPN usage if you are not from a restricted country and if you don't connect to a VPN server that's located in restricted country. To my mind, according to their ToS, they don't tolerate VPN when you try to bypass restrictions. But to be honest, when you know that casino will ask you for KYC documents in case you win big, what's the point of using a VPN? You'll have to reveal your identity and address, so, hiding of IP address will mean absolutely nothing in this case. But if you create an account and deposit small with the aim and intention to spend all of them, this is the case where I would risk.

I never knew these Streamers bet on "demo" mode... I always thought they were funded by casinos and that they are playing with real money, but not their own money.  Roll Eyes This must have been a mistake or just some "testing" that he has done, because most streamers that I have watched ..has used the "real" money option.  In any way... "real" casino money or "demo" monopoly money are the same.... it's fake!
It's certain that there are streamers who can be funded by the casino for what they are playing. It's the same with my thoughts – But regardless of what money they used, real or demo funds for sure some of us enjoyed watching those casino streamers. We all know that they are doing this to encourage us to gamble, even though they always say "do not gamble you will lose" -Trainwreckstv.

Frankly speaking I do not like to watch streamers but I did watch few times but most of them were just short clip. I do not really care about what kind of money they are using especially if the streamers are known to be affiliated with specific casinos. I watched them for entertainment purpose only because I like to watch big wins on slot games. I have to agree that their main purpose is to advertise the casino, this is what people (viewers) needs to understand.

Watching some streamers for fun purposes since their games played is quiet entertaining and especially if they are communicating to their audiences. But we should not follow always their advice if there's given since we all know that what they do is some can't be followed by anyone even if they told what method they do since execution of bets may somehow became different plus luck factors plays important role with that.

If they advertise some casino then its fine that's how they survive their channels since if they didn't get paid promotions for sure those entertaining streamers will not last long in that industry so its up to us if we do our own research to know what kind of casino they advertise and how legitimate the words they say by saying some nice words for them.

Just to scared, In-case you win a lot money.

They can easily to use these reasons and not process anything. This method just 50:50, even the casino/influencer say you can always use VPN but always never throw or playing with a big money.

Otherwise, while we are win a lot they can easily brought these case.
Some casinos, especially the ones that are relatively new do not have the guts to state categorically that VPN is prohibited because they need customers and many if not most of the only gamblers like to hide their IP and the use of VPN is one way to do this. But those companies who do not state their stand on VPN categorically, will explore any opportunity should they know that your region prohibits gambling. As you have mentioned, this happens when a bug money is won.

They can't scare me.
I have residency in Japan. For a while now I use my normal Japanese home IP when logging in. So a restricted region doesn't apply to me anymore.
One you are on VPN but consistent on one IP location, you may not have issues but I have been blocked on one casino due to non consistent use of location. You are fine if you can login successfully from your normal Japanese IP

So using a VPN if you have your account for quite a while already is no problem.

I don´t have an account.

I´m talking about registering an account.

But I understand where you are coming from.
The problem is though, when they want to do this to 1 German person ( not pay him because of restricted region) , they must do it to every other single one as well. And that means losing a lot of business. So it won't happen anytime soon, they will never ban ALL their German players unless they are forced in any way.

Anyone using Stake from Germany?

At the registration page I get the message:
Aufgrund von Lizenzbeschränkungen ist der Zugang zu Stake von Ihrem aktuellen Standort aus eingeschränkt.

Can I circumvent this with a VPN without getting banned by Stake?
If you're from the restricted list of countries announced by Stake, then don't take the risk. You're free to request support from the team and they'll guide you through the proper channel. If your country isn't on the restricted list, then you can receive the mirror links available for different countries and enter the platform. This lets you have a better gambling experience than just getting yourself into the risk and further blaming the platform.

I am German and I use VPN forever ( because I live in Japan and always used German VPN), without any problem.
My account is verified, so they know I am German. Until about 6 months ago using a German IP was no, now it is. So I just use my natural Japanese IP.

There are hundreds/thousands of German players at stake, they even have the German chat and Eddie acknowledges the "big German community" all the times.
New players can't register from Germany, but old and existing have no problems.

So using a VPN if you have your account for quite a while already is no problem.

You read the message.

If you using VPN, off course these messages will disaspear but once you have a problem with stake and they caught you from (Germany) even you know these message. They have some right, blocked/terminted your account.

Or maybe while you win a lot, then the problem comes especially withdraw your money, KYC stuff and other think.

Not all is as bad as it seems though. While I strongly agree that they don't care what happens to them as the money they are using is mostly sponsored by casinos they spam the hell out by directly throwing at you their affiliate links and this is another way they make extra money,I also see some good things about them.

The good things are the motivation one gets before starting to play a session as after all they play a lot in order to show us that big win and we as humans enjoy such wins, this is of course dangerous for non sounded individuals and another good thing is that before they hit this they show a lot of dead spins from which intelligent people see as a warning before jumping and playing slots.
I think it does matter because the deal is usually "this is the money we will give your account to stream, and you stream X amount of hours with it" and that's about it, that way they do not actually make the money, they just get free credit but they are also owing the casino to gamble a certain amount of hours with that money, after that the money they have is theirs.

If they gamble it all away at once, that is breach of contract, I am sure there would be results for that as well, but the main issue is that if you do that then you are not going to get anything again from a rich company that can sponsor your stream. Plus all those viewers who sub you and pay you with donations and all matter for your income as well.

I stand with Ukraine.
8 Golden Dragon Challenge is on on Stake Forum. It was one of those rare cases when I haven't succeeded with a lot of tries.

I did have some nice wins along the way

and several times I had two scatters, but never three of them. It was yesterday. So I stopped with achieving nothing.

But today I hit 3 scatters almost right away

and I won this nice Golden Dragon Challenge with that

and, of course, it gave me what I needed Smiley

The Requirements: "Win a bet with 40x or higher multipliers on slot 8 Golden Dragon Challenge." So, I submitted my entry and now waiting for the prize. Smiley

The money is always demo, just on the (Real-Balance).

They can always easily to set up the account like that (customize-account) only for the sponsor. It's easy off-course, cannot proved it but for the concept like these can be happening.

The video is the proof.
