Depends on how big the amount won by the player if this one the same with the amount they spend on advertisement or other promotion maybe they still in profit because all will be coverer by the losses of other players. Its rare to see that many big whale win in a day so for sure they still having a good day even if someone win a huge amount of money on their casino.

Drake is never going to respond, that is if he even saw any of his messages, he should stop wasting his time and talk to stake customer support if he has any issue.
Drake is not the only entity stake partnered with, stake is also in partnership with UFC and several other sports companies, maybe he should contact UFC too since as a partner of stake, they are also liable to what stake does, not just Drake alone.
Thinking any of this really big entities would respond to a commoner is a wishful thinking, i bet they will never even see any of the messages, let alone reading them.

I think trying to go directly at CEO to get a response for the problems that you faced is not a reasonable expectation at all. If you try to contact the support and find a way to fix things then it is obvious that we are not going to end up with anything reasonable by expecting CEO to solve it all by himself.

Demanding attention from a celebrity is seriously next level entitled behaviour. Why would he need to be reachable? Does every celebrity that do partnerships would need to be reachable by random people from the internet? Do you know how much fan posts they don't read because they don't have time?
