I want to cry from nerves. My account is blocked following a withdrawal which triggered a suspicion of multi-account. Which is entirely false.
Their service asked me to verify my account at all levels. I spent all day collaborating and sending the documents.
I'm stuck at level 4. They ask me for a source of income for less than 6 months.
I am self-employed, so I sent a quarterly declaration certificate. it's the same as a payslip.
They absolutely want a payslip. I am not an employee. I work for myself and the only document that proves this income is the quarterly statement.
I feel like they are doing everything to keep my account suspended
Each time they find excuses to refuse my documents.

The wager requirements for the bonus drops are way too high for me, but a lot of people on this forum are be able to claim them so the requirements will probably only go up.
