That is how I know it worked as well but I got confused about it for a while when people assumed they could get it somewhere else. It is only from the email you get and if you miss the email or mistakenly delete it or something then it is fully gone and you can't get it. That sounds a bit harsh considering it should be something you could get from the website and one mistake of email deleting shouldn't result with a loss but the amount is not a huge one so I doubt people really care about it.

I mean obviously we would want it, but if you delete or lose it then it wouldn't be life changing amount, plus we would just gamble with it anyway.

Well, you haven't answered the question yet. How is a player allowed to gamble but not withdraw? I understand posting here dents your reputation and I have no intention to do that as long as I get my funds back.

I'll avoid posting here but hope to have an update soon on the main thread.

Stunna is also replying on that thread, it is being said that the matches he bet is under investigation.
It is obviously inconvenience for the player because his balance is on hold until the investigation is done.
I have never received any issue in Stake but I have to say that I'm not a big player like him and I'm not playing sports too much.
I hope the issue will be resolved soon with the best solution for both parties.

Usually monthly claim announce on email account but for weekly I think we need see new update on Stake telegram official channel, almost with weekly claim you need higher rank of your account above platinum and under this rank like gold, silver and bronze looks not eligible for weekly claim. However, I do not know what it says about me, it literally means I gambled to a point where I am now a VIP and should be getting something back for gambling so much, and not sure if that makes me feel good or bad.

I gambled nothing at all in the past months (cause they gave my ridiculous limits) and I got the pre monthly. Once you're at a certain level u get it.
