I guess so. It is easy to play victim guy but if we really do not make a mistake and do not break the TOS or rules, I am sure he will get his money back. However, many new people came here just to complain that reputable casinos scammed them without giving valid proof that they were really innocent and wanted to clear their problem. If they admit that they are not a new guy in crypto gambling, they should already know the TOS and will not try to break.

I am not saying that it is expected to grow at this rate all the time, but it is also not unexpected to have some big increases time to time, especially during a month where they give away millions.

I agree in part.
Clearly the sport uand the partnerships makes a lot of difference.
But to keep the customers is difficult.

But Stake is doing everything right here.
Eddie is like the face of Stake and makes everything more personal than it is the case with other casinos, where often anonymous shady people sit behind it.
There is a lot of emphasis on the community and it sometimes feels like Stake has become like a family of its own for some.

I am assuming that it is regarding gambling, which is not against the rules but have a very soft rules regarding it. Which is why sometimes casinos lose their accounts, but then they get it reinstated after a while as well. When you are as big as Stake, then you get it back 99.99%+ of the time, but when you are tiny, you can't reach the right places and they ignore you and you lose it, which is not a problem for Stake since they can handle it.

Bonus program is not something you need to join imho as most bonus program is automatic like the referral program, VIP program, or others. Do you have several accounts (maybe self referring)? You should ask what kind of abuse you did in the bonus program? Did the support tell you how you are fraud with the bonus program?
