Yaps.

However, content gambling on youtube is still allowed until right now there is no channel that got banned because the content is gambling. IMO, twitch policy is really strict comparing to youtube not only gambling activity but also other issue policy.

No, wonder we always got ban news from twich. Grin

Twitch has been strict from the on-set but streamers still patronized their platform because they seem to have a much bigger gambling audience when compared to the audience on YouTube. That's why twitch is preferred but with the most recent update to their terms and conditions, I'm sure it'll drive a way a lot of streamers and gamers which would move over to YouTube and other similar platforms. It's their loss anyway. Regulatory needs to seriously take a chill.

I really enjoy IDR slots betting on Stake as $25 can last for a long time, even with bonus buy Grin
Can I request more IDR support for Pragmatic's games since not all of them can be played with IDR. It's better than playing with FUN balance!

We feel like playing in our own sweet home if we can play with local currency especially if the min bet is also lower than global currency (usd). I just checked and I can play yggdrasil and hacksaw games with IDR but the minimum bet remains the same (equivalent to usd). I think Stake is the first crypto casinos that lets players to play with many local currencies option.

Pretty rare for the "Global" website to add local currency since most of them only support Euro/USD Grin

If they can do this, then we will see so many local currencies. Grin However, If IDR currency is accepted then we can play with under 0.2$ on some popular slot ~XD.

I think Stake provides it based on the community and active players from each country the same can be seen from the chat room multiple languages available there
While for the European area they use English and the currency is USD/EUR. this is their way of getting closer and building community from each region.
Didn't expect the stake to think about this and apply local currency, glad to see it.

I believe that gambling ads should not be on youtube or on twitch at all, that just doesn't feel like the proper place to do all of that you know? I mean it looks like there is a good chance it could be done there, but I do not believe that it makes sense, I believe that we should be advertising on sports like how we have Watford sponsorship, and we should do ads on websites on the sides like banners, but that is about it.

The moment you start to actually do ads on youtube with reviewers or gamblers going there, there is two options ; A) they will win and many will think it is fake because house edge means you should lose in the long run and if a streamer ends up winning all the time, it is just feels fake sorry and B) they end up losing like they suppose to and discourage other people to gamble. This is why I do not like streamers gambling.

Nice win mate, I have never participated in this promo as I do not really jump into sports betting. Anyway, I'm curious about one thing related to this promo. As per terms, max refund is $50 but there is no max bet. Does it mean that we can bet more than $50 (lets say $100)? So if the bet is a lost, we will get $50 refund or we wont be eligible for the refund?
The max refund amount is capped at $50, you can bet more on Eddie's guarantee event but in case of loss, the refund coupon will pay only $50. Some users bet more depending on the odds, for lower odds I prefer to bet max allowed refund amount. Some events have a higher level of refund but the risks are not as same as the $50 ones for each week. For example, on Multi-leg tennis or basketball tickets, you have to lose the bet with one failed leg for being eligible on the refund. Otherwise, if two-leg fails you are not going to get a refund coupon, AFAIK.

I just read, is not only a link but also "code" referral.

So, right now all gambling streamers can't put any link or code of their referral everywhere. They need to steam without all of that, but I guess people is really smart ~XD just like DarkStar say, probably they're gonna to change put a link discord and get the link referral/code from there.

If you looked at Eddie's previous Stream, you would have seen him .. editing or obscuring the Stake.com banner that were displayed in the bottom left of the screen... but he forgot to do that or to remove the Banner, so someone (probably a competitor streamer) reported him and they banned his account.

I think he should have asked Dusan or Steve to stream on their accounts and they could have edited the forum with the new link and pushed it out on Telegram and in the Stake chat.

Well, looking forward to see what they are going to do for the "Giveaway" for next Saturday!  Wink

I read about "Youtube/Google Policy" about gambling activity, there has some information about it

Examples
Here are some examples of content that’s not allowed on YouTube.

Linking to an online gambling or sports betting site that is not approved.

By this policy, that's mean they should accept any gambling content but need to be review and approved by Google/Youtube team first. The only question, how to be approved by them?

I'm guessing a curacao license won't cut it.  But their UK license probably would...

I think most likely they're just going to have to do the stream without any links directly to stake.

Maybe ~XD

Since twitch just banned a few channels with gambling activity, after seeing the ann on telegram they're gonna to extended the raffle one more week but they just triple the prize pool.

I think Stake needs to find other streaming platform as weekend stream is a regular event for them.
I have no ideas what would be the best alternative platform for their weekend stream, is youtube friendly enough for gambling activity?
But yeah it is nice to hear that prizepool is tripled as well as the number of winners.
So there will be 30 winners to win $5,000 each next weekend.
I do think that YouTube has a policy regarding gambling contents/streams. But I believe it will be fine as long as these policies are followed. I've seen a lot of channel related to gambling, they're even monitized and so. I can say that Youtube is another alternative they also might want to consider, lots of viewers too.

As long as they are following the rules, it can continue with no issues. Whatever report they may take while doing the stream and report takes place, they can counter that and the channel will continue.

Stream promotions from Eddie really gain good impacts on the business, as there are many gamblers who love seeing him, and some are following him.

Let see if how Eddie will find another alternative to continue streaming.

The only question, how to be approved by them?
It seems like they have to apply for some sort of license to get Youtube and Google's approval in order to post gambling content.

Don't post content on YouTube if it aims to directly sell,  link to, or facilitate access to any of the regulated goods and services listed below.
...
Online gambling sites not yet reviewed by Google or YouTube

There's a link leading to this policy providing more details and it says.

We only allow links to online gambling sites that have gone through checks to make sure they meet local legal requirements.
If you want to link to an online gambling site, you’ll need to make sure the domain is certified by Google Ads or reviewed by YouTube.

Today's Eddie's guarantee event has won with 2.3 coefficient, first time ever Eddie's selection pays on max bet. Personally, I bet on the specific player who will score the betting option the first time because it is very risky if the match total goals became less than 2. The odds for well-known players are low but it is worth the adrenaline plus making money based on your future predictions. Let's see what will Eddie bring to the table next week since in the last 2 weeks he managed to select winning soccer bets for the guarantee events.

Streaming is important for promoting gambling but there is too many restrictions for promoting gambling. And the biggest problem happen when anyone posts referral link and people make report for promoting as a lot of country does not allow promotion of gambling.
Streaming is important, but there needs to be something to filter and give accurate information. Because, in YouTube channels quite often I used to see the promotion of few of the sites that are flagged as scam on our forum. But, people out of the forum continue using it without knowing its trust feedback. These kind of issues need to be avoided and the same is possible only through restrictions on the promotion.
