However, content gambling on youtube is still allowed until right now there is no channel that got banned because the content is gambling. IMO, twitch policy is really strict comparing to youtube not only gambling activity but also other issue policy.

Twitch has been strict from the on-set but streamers still patronized their platform because they seem to have a much bigger gambling audience when compared to the audience on YouTube. That's why twitch is preferred but with the most recent update to their terms and conditions, I'm sure it'll drive a way a lot of streamers and gamers which would move over to YouTube and other similar platforms. It's their loss anyway. Regulatory needs to seriously take a chill.
