Yes they counted the votes but they also do not declare presidents...

Thats what I mean, the official result has not been posted since only the Electoral College, yes only them can and will declare who won the election and who the next president will be.

Im not denying that it looks like Biden has "won", but the official result can only come from the electoral college.
