The problem with the deposit I think this needs to be handled faster. Support will definitely reply to complaints what happens to users, even stake.com can ensure that the bet is ideal so there's no need to worry we all see Stake.com still running well.

At the start of 2021 we are only expecting a little change out of nowhere which is important to give us a great surprise and therefore this will make us happy as ideal bettors here.

Around 30% left to reach Platinum II for me so I think it is around $70k-80k more to wager so I can reach that level. There is nothing wrong, I'm also experiencing it same like you. Maybe it happened for their latest update. Yesterday Play N Go had a maintenance, stake have notified about the maintenance at their telegram channel. But they haven't mentioned about this type of changes.

To play with full screen mode in mobile, firstly enable screen rotation option then hold your phone in landscape mode. You will see full screen enable option like this, click on it
