All my deposits had a minimum 1 time rollover. Yes I use vpn from time to time, that is not forbidden on the site.
I am not in the position to have to prove anything, I know I did nothing wrong.They accuse me and therfor block my withdrawal. They didn't even ask me any question, just 1 mail with an accusation and asking for ID on which I replied and sent everything they asked for. Since then, no reply for 14 hours.
This MICRO guy who opened this thread here replied 8 hours ago:

I am up maybe 10k on my account.
Yesterday I deposited 0.09 and 0.07 and played myself up close to 0.33.

Chat support refuses to answer what is going on and said I must contact [email protected].

What is this site trying to pull? I am from a non banned country, only ever had this 1 account and never did anything wrong. I think wiining might be wrong in ther eyes.

I read your other posts and first of all, keep calm. Stake is a casino owned by PrimeDice, believe me, they are the one of the least company to lie you in crypto gambling industry. If somehow there isn't response from them, try to contact online support for multiple times. Email them, they'll definitely reach out to you soon. Also, they have right to ask for KYC documents. Were you using VPN with shared IP? This can be a problem too. Are you sure that there was none suspicious activity on your account? Including depositing and withdrawing immediately?
I don't even suggest you to open scam accusation thread because they aren't scammers and this issue will be solved easily. Have a nice day!

To be perfectly honest with you, if you are not going to share more information, stake will have nothing to do about this situation. If you think you did absolutely zero things wrong, they will tell you what you did wrong but didn't realize. There are bunch of moments when gamblers do not realize what they did was wrong and against the rules, never really read the rules and end up getting their account blocked because they didn't realize what they did was wrong all along.But for what reason? If there was really nothing wrong at all, that means they will find a way to recoup whatever you lost and they will give it all back. They will definitely make sure that you get your money back and they will not create any more problems, they will just check what you did and if there is really nothing wrong after all the checking, they won't keep your money any longer.

I hope you will be more sober than @efxes who created a lot of posts and messed up Cloudbet thread, Stake as we all know is dedicated in making their gambling platform safe and rewarding for gamblers if they find you have no issue with your account. I don't see any reason why you should not get your money, just present all your evidences and wait for their reply, as a gambler like all of us we want a win win situation on both party.
Stake already established their name for sure business is more important than anything, if there's no problem with your claim then it will be handled and be solve.
It's more on communication and how both sides will try to meet up in between in solving this concern, if there's no sign of abused stake will make an statement for sure.
We all want to be in the situation that we are expecting that's nature but it's also needed
to allow the company to complete their investigation then comeback with you.

It's really disgusting when a site hold the fund. I can feel your condition. But if we think as from the site end then we have to say that site will not also pay someone if they think the player breaks any rule. For why maybe they hold it and do some investigations. I know it is rarely ever anywhere, but if stake wants to keep NBA gamblers at bay, they could add "who will be number one pick" type of bets, and maybe check who is free agent this year and see who the big names are and ask "where will X go this year" type of bets as well until new season starts.
A good suggestion which is really a considerable one if they do really tend to get hold off for their nba gamblers just like what you said.Giving out these lines will at least hold them up to make betsbut as said people wont go anywhere even if the schedule of next season is on still on the definite time frame but i do also have the doubts that it wont really be that too long.

NBA isn't done for too long, because of the pandemic the games ended very late anyway, it is almost half of October right now, in just less than 2 months (or maybe just 3 months) we will be back again. The talks were about a potential Christmas return, but Adam Silver mentioned an early January return could be in play as well, plus the off-season is still going on, like draft will happen and trades will happen and free agency will happen so all in all I would say NBA will be back before we realize it was gone.
I know it is rarely ever anywhere, but if stake wants to keep NBA gamblers at bay, they could add "who will be number one pick" type of bets, and maybe check who is free agent this year and see who the big names are and ask "where will X go this year" type of bets as well until new season starts.
To many things to talk as the season end and yet the draft will also happen soon as people expect some potential young guys to dominate the scene, and I like the draft betting suggestion since it could add the excitement to the gamblers to bet and see the results.
