Since it's live streaming, it really needs a stable connection, not only fast internet but stable as well. Low ping connections will give better experience. My country does not have a good ranked in terms of internet connection stability, but at his era the most reliable source of internet is through fiber, so if you have a fiber connection in your country, try to subscribe and see the difference.
Currently, I have no problem with live streaming, but honestly I don't usually watch live streams from the casinos I'm playing.. I don't know now, but last time I check, stake's live streaming only offers in small screen, so not really satisfying in my end.
Honestly, it is not really something that I care about all that much, because in most cases we do not really need anything that will help us with refreshing or anything like that. There are few other stuff, like connection speed, ping, and so forth that matters, what you see as live could be sometimes as late as a full minute, which I have seen before, and yes a minute is very rare, but could be 3-4 seconds late very easily, that is quite common.
Just let it be, you do not need to enjoy the stream just to get something, you could enjoy it without getting anything and just learn stuff. I personally like it and I keep watching them for the fun of it, usually it ends up being quite entertaining in the end and sometimes you even see the inner works.
