thats right . you need atleast one raffle ticket to be able to make that coupon work . they say the prizes were random on that coupon . some get 300k sats with only one ticket while some get 100k sats with more that 2 ticket but atleast they got something . instead of complaining , why cant they just thank the owner . other raffles dont have this kind of consolacion prizes anyway . unfortunately i have zero ticket so i got zero but i know what to do next year
I believe the amount is not random but the amount based on how many tickets for the event, on the other words the amount based on how much you have wagered during the event. I got more than 0.009btc from this coupon code and I had more than 20 raffle tickets for the event.

must be the number of the tickets you had , maybe plus your wagered or lost taken into account as well , not sure about the exact formula
