The 4 billionth bet was made on March 26th and the 5 billionth bet was reached yesterday so it took around a month + few days for reaching 1 billionth bet. It is not surprising if it take so fast time as the number of bets always getting so fast especially when there is daily telegram giveaway. With more than 1,000 online users every day combined with the daily telegram giveaway then it is very logic if it take so fast to reach a billion bets. It might be faster when there will more users notice about all promotions offered by Stake, I wouldn't be surprised if 1 billion bet can be reached in less than a month.

Secondly, I would like to know that how long will it take for Stake site to move from 4 billionth bet to 5 billionth bet? The site has moved from those two milestone within months or years? In what aspects Video poker is similar to slot game? Both are completely different games. Slot game are completely pure luck based game while video poker consist of strategy where you choose which cards to hold for the best possible outcome while you cant do it on slot games. Video poker is simple game if you know how it works especially in looking for the best possible outcome from the drawn cards before you hold some cards for the best possibility. Indeed, the result is always depending on your luck but at least there is a strategy involved while choosing which cards to hold.
Cant agree, both games are pure luck. There are also a strategy involced in slots - choosing number of lines to play.

It is for young platforms, sometimes they run promotions at start, but due to limited funds, their promotions don't have good returns. Yeah, the promotions are the important particle here as well, they are making a lot of money for sure but with promotions they are dropping their profitability a bit, they could once again use it to gather more people but instead they are marketing themselves to their own customers which is really amazing. None of these promotions are done to get new users, this is purely for people who are already playing here and trying to stop them from getting bored.
It's a cycle: Promotions > New users > Higher income > More funds allocate for promotions > Cycle repeats again and again. In addition, you are right that promotions run not only to catch eyeballs of potential new users, and have new users to increase total income for the platform, but also to keep most of current users to keep using the sites. Over time, the site might have loyal users, and it's amazing to build up a strong community like this, partially via promotions. It is a dice roll on stakes part if you ask me, yes there is a chance they could profit from this promotions type of marketing but I believe they may not profit from it as well and there is no way of knowing which one is true until enough time passes. I think these promotions helps out getting more wagered from current users more than new users if you ask me.

I got it many times already although my bets were just small amount, but I hit high multiplier. So your bet amount is not the key, but your winning amount is the one that makes you get the icon.
