Where and how do you see those numbers?

I only mostly watch all-time high peek numbers of around 50-60K members online at the same time, and they are online at most bussy times which means on Saturdays during the Weekly Stream. Do you think, there is some other casino that can generate more or at least match the same number like (Stake)? ...

I believe that Stake has many active players, but I have never seen information about how many players are actively playing on the site. I'm a little surprised by such high numbers, but when we think about it, it's not impossible at all. So 50-60k online users is a lot, 120k is insane but possible.

I don't know if any other crypto casino can come close to these numbers, BC.games is also big, judging by the crash game they also have a lot of players playing with big amounts, but I don't know if the total number of visitors/active players can match Stake. When it comes to some other casinos I think they are far behind...

Do you think, there is some other casino that can generate more or at least match the same number like (Stake)? They are not only in the (CASINO) business, but the money flow is also on the (Kicks) streaming company. Basically, they handle two sectors of money flow (CASINO and Streaming Company) even (Though kicks) have different departments and teams.

IMO, Kicks is the sector are mostly using their money because they need to backup (Kicks) due kicks are still in burning promotion mode + handling a deal between some influencers and others.

Did you see other casinos doing the same things as they did? mostly casino only sponsorship the influencer not backup the streaming company. ~xd so my answer (NO).

How many peak online users have you seen on Stake (you can see online user under chat)? I remember seeing over 120,000 online users, but there wasn't any lag at that time. I'm not sure if there was promotion happening that time but I believe it was around the Christmas season when I observed that many users online on Stake. And I only noticed that many users online only at Stake.com, some crypto casino I only see few online user. Is that correct - Stake have the most users among crypto casinos?

If you end up getting a small team and push them relentlessly to make everything work, even with extra hours you will not get what you need, when you are this big then you will need a whole team of people who could do this. Stake obviously does not have enough developers, no matter how great the developers they have right now, if their number is not enough, they won't be able to reach to every single issue.
These problems aren't anything new. I have gotten used to their laggy UI interface over time and I doubt they will resolve these issues anytime soon despite having enough money to mitigate them in a short period of time.

They definitely need to improve the quality of their development team, but I am pretty sure that it won't happen anytime soon. Embarassing!

I think this kind of maintenance is still quite reasonable and any casino does the same thing. Stake.com carries out maintenance for a fairly short duration, but regarding developers so far there is no open data regarding the number available or do you have a source regarding the number of developers from each casino?
The maintenance process is a positive thing to maintain player comfort in the future. Here Stake.com is actually routine because they know how many visitors come at the weekend. I used to play at a well known casino on this forum, but the login process was very slow, I even had to refresh several times just to be able to enter. You also need to remember that there are also casinos that are difficult to access and require a VPN so the loading process is 2x slower, requires confirmation, sometimes certain game providers are not available, even though the visitors are not dense, you will definitely be annoyed if you experience a lag in the middle of the game.

The thing is, this is not the first which their server lags during weekends. I experienced a laggy gameplay in almost every weekend of my game here right after when the weekly reload was released.

Stake.com is aware for this scalability issue with their server for long time but they can’t fixed it immediately because they don’t want to fully down their website for the maintenance and let the site still usable during updates even if it’s very laggy.

They reached the peek number again, the maintenance is because lag in weekly.

Regarding the developer case, what @wiss19 you can find a lot programmers or developers on there. The only problem, getting an experienced developer is the one hard factor. Why I know? because I working on project as moderator.

We always have some bug, and told them to get at least a goot developer. Meanwhile they're responding is not easy task to find experience developer.

I feel like they are growing way too big, and they are not aware of the peak times that they are having. Reality is that while that's good for a website because every casino will want to have more and more people that gamble on their platform, you also have to end up with a situation where both maintenance and server load could be handled by the development team as well.

If you end up getting a small team and push them relentlessly to make everything work, even with extra hours you will not get what you need, when you are this big then you will need a whole team of people who could do this. Before 5 minutes of maintenance, I happened to have drawn some winnings. Will this happen again with a server error resulting in several people bets experiencing big wins?
There was intolerable lag at Stake during the weekly stream today. Eddie couldn't make the first two bonus drops on time for the lag. Each bet was taking a few seconds to show the results. Even the account balance disappeared for a while. The website was up for me all the time, but I have faced these issues.

Not really, the last heavy lag was on few months ago. At the time (Stake) reached all time high online user in around 25-30K people during weekly, meanwhile at these time they reached an all-time high again around 50K+ members online at the same time.

-snip-
Not really, IMO they successfully bring more people more and more on the different new sector (basically nongambling sector). Like contract, a deal between some users are not from (the gambling) sector. So they have new regular more people coming into their site, the question is when the peek are reached.

Yesterday, while I was in the road.

I stoped 30 mins in some cafe to claim the code, man the code claim are truly lag. Not even can claim a single code, since I was really mad ~xd I decide to leave and not joined the weekly code these weeks.

I guess, is reaching the peak. Comparing to same old problem, while in old problem can manage claim at least the code and now are more worst cause not getting a single claim at all Sad

Haha honestly I agree with you, I missed 3 codes including the last one even though I have prepared everything, it is still late and lag. I don't know why lately codes are being claimed too quickly even in a few seconds. Usually code with wager up to $5k will be slower to claim because only a few users meet the requirements but not for now I estimate that at least 10k users can claim it every day, is this the impact of the new Channel on Telegram? Stake has launched a new channel called Daily Drops with wager requirements only $2-$3k so other users can collect more wagers every day. Honestly I'm a little annoyed with this new channel but there's nothing we can do  Roll Eyes

Talking about pre or post monthly bonus, the amount I usually get from this bonus is $35 (Platinum V).
Shocked You have already reached platinum V rank! When did you obtain that rank? Anyway, I'm still hanging on the platinum III. I had received $30 from the post-monthly bonus yesterday.
October/November last year I cant really remember.
The pre/post monthly bonus is not increased a lot for Platimum IMO, I used to get $30 too when I was plat III, $32/33 when I was plat IV and $35 since I reach plat V.
Fun fact is that my monthly bonus since I'm platinum V is always lower compared to when I was plat IV LOL but I know it is because my wager activity in monthly basis is reduced a lot since I reached plat V.

Yes, the lag was so bad during the last stream, opening the casino itself was like taking several minutes to complete.
Stake needs to upgrade their server system to avoid such an intoreable lag, hope next stream will no lag like this again.

You can imagine.

You're using (Laptop/PC) but getting those lag, how about people who like me yesterday with (Smartphone). To be honest, the lag last night was really crazy basically is not effected on the claim code. IMO is also effected for whole casino site.

maintenance happened again while I was playing so I couldn't continue playing. For some reason, this is the first time I experienced problems while playing and just closing it made my playing mood bad. Until now, I took a break and didn't visit the casino until everything returned to normal, because anyone feels uncomfortable in the middle of a game when maintenance suddenly occurs, especially when doing a buy spin.

For the record, Stake is always laggy during weekends since many players participate on Stake event during their free time especially during Saturday when the weekly bonus was distributed.

The current maintenance is specifically dedicated for this scaling problem due to bunch of active players. It’s really frustrating if you will keep playing on this kind of laggy state of the casino. I think they should just pause the operation for awhile to avoid error from players that still playing even during maintenance.

The reason, because, while trying to claim my weekly amount the balance and claim successful are not showing up even with multiple times claim. It's really crazy last nigh, so decide to hangout with my friend and abandoned my claim until is smooth.

I think the issue last night is not about claiming the code, the lag is in the whole system which made a delay for the code to be released but when the code is released, it can be claimed without issue (at least for me). I could claims 5 codes, missed one when there were 2 codes dropped back to back so I was late to claim one of them. However, the lag was really bad last night, I have to say it was the worst lag ever in Stake.

It seems that the Stake.com website is currently undergoing maintenance, for almost 30 minutes I continue to experience problems logging in and trying to use alternative domains such as Stake.ac, Stake.games, all errors. As for being able to log in but it keeps refreshing itself, then some games are not available. Before 5 minutes of maintenance, I happened to have drawn some winnings. Will this happen again with a server error resulting in several people bets experiencing big wins?

Edited: Everything is back to normal and the game is back available. Have fun playing, claim the weekly boost and roll!!
