They are called whales for a reason, they can gamble at a high amount but they can still afford to lose that.
Also we cannot say they are wasting their money in gambling because it could be a way to entertain themselves and who knows

A very big whales indeed, by the way he bet it's really hard for a simple small time gamblers to bet that amount, but considering that this whale knew that stake can afford to pay him without any issue trusting the game house give him the luxury of hitting this type of high odds.

stake and primedice probably has a very big and professional team of developers and lawyers supporting them. It is definitely not easy to handle a business that big without fuck-ups. And so far, they managed it perfectly. (as far as I know) A small hole in the code and one hacker may ruin everything. Same goes with the legal support. People are going to try everything to scam the casino legally.

And even though they are already making shitloads of money, they still want to expand their business which is impressive.
